Quiet, comfy, and well fitted out. Great for maximum of 2 people. Needed a car to get to the cabin. A bit too far for walking into town. Oh, having GPS won’t hurt! The host is personable and is a really nice guy.

We had a fabulous stay…every accoutrement was considered. The neighborhood was silent and beautiful, except for the snow, robins and finches! We were treated to surprise foods as well. John even gave my dog Teddy salmon treats! 100 stars!

Our Casita was very clean. We wish there were enough towels for two, robes for two, coffee and creamer selections, the bathroom was very tight, and we were taken aback that the guest host was having a party the night we arrived. We received an early morning text on the day we were to leave asking if we were going to leave early so they could get housekeeping in. We felt rushed.

John was very accommodating and responsive. Price was right. Was tight quarters for a six-day stay -- better for a shorter period. Bed was very comfortable. There wasn't much in the way of outdoor space, but then again, we were in Santa Fe. We just did breakfast in and heated up leftovers from fabulous restaurants -- it would have been hard to do any real meal prep

We enjoyed our stay in this safe, quiet neighborhood. The small Casita (perfect for two people) has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and modern climate control. We were greeted with some delicious treats when we arrived, as well as breakfast pastries on out first morning! Our host was friendly and helpful, suggesting a great local cafe for lunch that we ended up visiting twice. Pleasant, private outdoor deck for breakfast or relaxing after a busy day.

This was a darling little casita in the mountains but just a short drive to Canyon Rd & the Plaza. We had a lovely bottle of wine & chips & Green Chili Salsa waiting for us & warm pastries one morning. We were looking forward to trying the sauna, but it wasn’t available. We had our little 15 lb. dog with us & she loved it too, going for walks in the beautiful mountains. We however didn’t realize there would be an extra fee added on at the end of our stay for a pet. We would have rather known & paid for that up front so that we can budget our trip better! We were overall very pleased with our host, John and his lovely casita!

What a wonderful peaceful setting John’s.casita is! Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood full of walking opportunities, gorgeous views, dark skies with trillions of stars…anxiety literally drips off of you. Casita was spotless and had all the amenities one would need. Great private deck with bbq-was just a wee bit too chilly to try the bbq but could imagine a great meal out there when warmer! John was a super host and from the minute meeting him you know he is a good soul and kind man. Altitude hit me harder than normal so we spent more time at the casita than planned-being in this beautiful setting made up for that!
