Cozy and unique, we love our vacation property for its close proximity, yet the feel of being away from it all. In addition to the lake and the private dock, the house is close to many other activities. Northwest Trek Wildlife Park is only ~5 minutes away and Mt. Rainier National park is about ~45. Well equipped and comfortable, the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones!

You areon vacation and it is very important to us that you enjoy yourself! Please let us know if there is anything you need, we live close by and we will accommodate you to the absolute best of our ability:) If you are looking for suggestions on the local area we are more than willing to be there for you! We also understand that every guest has a different preference on how much interaction they have with the host. We try to be aware of each person's individual wants and needs and completely respect your privacy.

The house is private and you will need to access by car. If you are looking for restaurants, or small town city life, the little town of Eatonville is 15 minutes south on Hwy 161. The town of Graham is 15 minutes north on Hwy 161, which is where you will find grocery stores (Safeway) and other amenities. Puyallup is only 20 minutes away from the house, which is where you will find many restaurants, movie theaters, and any other entertainment type things that you would expect from a local city.

Shared Parking, Shared Courtesy: The cottage shares a parking area with our Lakefront Bungalow, located about 50 feet away. To ensure a seamless experience for all, please be mindful not to block any vehicles belonging to the Bungalow guests (there is Plenty of parking space so this should be pretty easy to accommodate) Let's create a respectful atmosphere that enhances everyone's stay.

Fireside Bliss: Gather around the shared fire pit near the water and let the flames dance as you create lasting memories. This communal space is open for the enjoyment of both the cottage and Bungalow guests, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and conversation.

Privacy and Consideration: Respect for each other's privacy is paramount. If the Bungalow is occupied during your stay, be considerate of their space, just as we ask them to be considerate of yours. It's the key to creating a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all.

Laundry Convenience: For your convenience, shared access to laundry facilities is available. The washer and dryer, located in a separate building adjacent to both the cottage and the Bungalow, are there to make your stay even more comfortable.

The lake house is located in a rural area and a vehicle will be necessary to access any local amenities. There is parking space conveniently located right in front of the garage.

The property shares parking area and laundry facilities with our other home, (also available as a vacation rental), and visible in the background of photos taken looking at the front of the house.

**Liability Waiver:
Campfires, swimming, and the use of any watercrafts are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty and you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising during you stay at The Unique Waterfront Cottage and hold the Property Owner, Host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that campfires, swimming and watercrafts may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using watercrafts if a person has health risks, or while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for all accidents or injury that may occur inside or outside the home. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owners, the host, and Lakeview Getaways, LLC for accidents or claims regarding any and all incidents that may occur on the property. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirmation by booking this home constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all Guests, the Host, Lakeview Getaways, LLC and the Property Owners.
