Enjoy our cottage on the sandy beach! It's perfect!! It really is....

Beautiful lake front location. Fishing from the dock kept our son busy with consistent catches.

We had wonderful stay at the cabin. It was close enough to Traverse City that we could hit some of the main attractions in the area, but it was always nice to return to the peaceful view of the lake. Simply enjoying coffee on the dock in the mornings was the best!

We loved it here. The water is clear and the beach by the cottage is sandy. It was a quiet area of the lake for the most part, sometimes you could hear a hotel/resort type place a few houses down. The beach was perfect for young kids to swim in, and the fishing off the dock kept my kids busy all week long. The dock is awesome to tie your own boat off, but I would launch your boat before you get to the cottage, the driveway is long and steep. The cottage was incredibly clean when you go there, and the kitchen had everything you needed.

The beach is wonderful. Everything is accurately described about the place. I highly recommend.

Jan and Jim were absolutely excellent hosts. Their communication was flawless from start to finish, and the cabin couldn’t have been cleaner. It was spotless and incredibly well maintained. We truly couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.The location on Spider Lake was ideal. We loved that it allowed for both fishing hours and full wake hours. It was perfect for our family, early morning and evening fishing trips were peaceful and productive, and the afternoons were great for cruising around.We also rented their pontoon, which although older, was in fantastic shape and extremely clean. It suited our needs perfectly and added so much to our experience.Thank you Jan and Jim for helping us create such wonderful family memories. We can’t wait to come back. See you again on our next trip!

Beautiful lakeside property. We rented the pontoon and had so much fun on the lake. Proximity to Traverse city was perfect. Cottage is neat and comfortable and hosts responded quickly to any questions or concerns.

Nice stay. Love the window seat in the largest bedroom. All bedrooms and bathroom are on the top floor, while the kitchen/living room are on the bottom floor. Would appreciate if they had bath towels but the owners very clearly say in the listing that they do not supply them, so it wasn’t a surprise. We especially appreciated the fire pit right on the beach. Beds were comfortable, which to me is essential.

First time visit to Northern MI. So relaxing. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us. The dock was my favorite place to sun. The lake is very clean & offers plenty to do to keep 2 teens busy. Absolutely fabulous views. Very clean. All the necessities. I would recommend bringing your own pillow and bath towels- Walmart does deliver though! :-) fantastic place would love to come again.

This place was exactly as described and more. Very fun for the whole family. We loved the lake and nearby park. It was a great place to unwind and make lasting memories. Traverse city and Lake Michigan is also nearby for fun day trips.
