Stayed Aug 29, 2025The cabin was old. The cabinets were rust. The stove was ancient. You had to walk through the bathroom to get to the kitchen so there was no privacy. You could only see a sliver of water. The property did not look like the pictures.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025The cottage was perfect for a few days at the beach. Extremely clean, air conditioner worked amazing in the heat wave, and I liked how it still felt private around the other cottages. I also appreciated the soap and towels and the small attention to detail (numbering the houses, the number on the rock and keychain!) I will recommend to anyone looking for a chance to get to Wells!

Stayed May 8, 2025Easy walk to beach and salt marsh for birding. Walked to Hannafords to make own meals and easy walk to several restaurants. Will absolutely stay again.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024This unit is a small cottage with an odd layout. It served our purpose for the weekend and the location was good and it was quiet. The cottage next door was under construction, but it didn't affect us. The water pressure was fairly low and on the 2nd morning we didn't have any hot water. No sink in the bathroom, so you need to use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth. Stacey was responsive and it looks like they are in the process of working on fixing up the cabins. May stay again if we are in the area.
