The cabin was old. The cabinets were rust. The stove was ancient. You had to walk through the bathroom to get to the kitchen so there was no privacy. You could only see a sliver of water. The property did not look like the pictures.

Affordable and convenient to beach; wonderful pool!

Check in with simple, all the amenities needed were there, just didn’t realize how small the bathroom area would be. Other than that good stay!

We had a great time ,no stress. The owners were very accommodating and the view was super. The cabin although small was clean and nicely decorated. We plan to return in the future.

Cute cottage, very clean, relaxing and peaceful. Great for us dog lovers.

The cottage was perfect for a few days at the beach. Extremely clean, air conditioner worked amazing in the heat wave, and I liked how it still felt private around the other cottages. I also appreciated the soap and towels and the small attention to detail (numbering the houses, the number on the rock and keychain!) I will recommend to anyone looking for a chance to get to Wells!

Wonderful location and stay! Simple and elegant cabin-style interior and so close to good restaurants and the beach.

Easy walk to beach and salt marsh for birding. Walked to Hannafords to make own meals and easy walk to several restaurants. Will absolutely stay again.

This unit is a small cottage with an odd layout. It served our purpose for the weekend and the location was good and it was quiet. The cottage next door was under construction, but it didn't affect us. The water pressure was fairly low and on the 2nd morning we didn't have any hot water. No sink in the bathroom, so you need to use the kitchen sink to brush your teeth. Stacey was responsive and it looks like they are in the process of working on fixing up the cabins. May stay again if we are in the area.

Close to the beach ...I walked every day and totally relaxed

We love staying here. Private, adorable and oh so sweet. Stay here and enjoy a cabin that has everything, like a tiny home. You will love it!

What a gem! These cabins are so clean, and very close to the beach. Love the screened in porch, and that the property is dog-friendly. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy. We'll definitely be back!

I had a great time at the cottage and my dog also! The only thing (which I already mentioned) is that VRBO does not specify the address of the cottages. I arrived in the middle of the night, everything was dark and I spent an hour trying to find the place.

Stayed a week. very comfortable for 2 people... will definitely stay again....

My husband, dog, and I had a lovely weekend staying here. The cabin is small but functional, and the screened in front porch was a lovely place to have coffee in the morning or read in the evening.

This location was ideal for what we wanted. Just a walk or quick drive from the beach, walkable restaurants nearby, and quiet enough for some porch reading. Truly dog friendly which does not happen enough! We all, dog included, had a great time.

The cottage is cozy, clean and conveniently located close to a fantastic beach and some great restaurants. Also, the screen porch is a huge plus. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great location. Need some work done to the faucets in the shower, but other than that it was ok

I may be getting cranky in my old age and I'm also a clean freak. I've stayed here twice in the recent past, and I appreciate the folks who own it, and the pleasant, quiet set up. Sitting on the little screen porch, enjoying the scents and sounds: great. Watching my cat do the same. This time I had some negatives. In no particular order: I picked up a plate for dinner from the shelf and it had dried on food residue. The dish drainer was dirty. I soaked it in the sink. The bed skirt is too long; I tripped over it. If there was a dust pan to go with the broom, I couldn't find it. There was a sticky residue on the top of the refrigerator door. I tried to get it off, but didn't have the proper abrasive to do a good job. I'm appreciative of a place whose owners permit pets, and interestingly, I would never know that someone else may have been there with a pet. For a tiny place, it's not bad at all. Getting on top of the detail cleaning would be good. Also, I'm not sure what was up with the oven, and it could have been me, but there were no racks, and I decided not to even go there, and I did not contact the hosts, so that is on me.

What a nice dog friendly environment! Thank you Stacey and our husband. Will come back next year !
