Edenside Cottage - located at Perth Hills

We loved this cottage that is close to the city but feels like the country. It's quaint and clean and the air-conditioning is wonderful. We enjoyed listening to the birds and looking at the stars.

We met the host in person on our last day but the welcome was evident in the provisions found on arrival, ease of access and clear instructions about to make ourselves comfortable.

Absolutely perfect place to stay, beautiful clean house with lovely linen, bedding and lovely loaf of fresh bread and milk left for us. Fire wood and fire was readily available for the chilly night. Very homely and extremely comfortable.

It was chilly when we visited Edenside and the beautiful fire and ample firewood was most welcome. We enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful mid week break to base ourselves for bushwalking and wildflower spotting. Fully self contained cottage that is so homely and thoughtfully decorated. Wasn't cold but we lit the lounge room fire one night for the romance of it.

This was our second visit to Edenside. Whether sitting out on the verandah watching the bird life, or inside cozy by the woodfire, this is a perfect place for a getaway without having to go too far from the city. Kalamunda, Mundaring and wineries all close by. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and the beds were super comfy. The ‘silver bean’ across the road on Sunday morning was a bonus. Amazing toasties and good coffee.

We had an idyllic stay in this well-appointed cottage which was very neat, clean and a credit to the owners. Check-in was seamless. We really enjoyed our time there and it was a great base for exploring this pretty region of the Hills and all that is on offer, including points of interest, wineries, gin distilleries, eateries etc.We would definitely like to return in future.

Great property - the photos don't do it justice. Was great to have a fire and cosy up for a winter weekend.Plenty of appliances/ kitchenware to cook anything.

A wonderful and authentic 1920's cottage with ample room, well appointed, sparkling clean with lovely vibe. Set within the beautiful Piesse Valley, well located to walking/cycling trails, and on a popular road cycling route. Quiet and peaceful alfresco area caps it all off Communications with the owner were first class. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Edenside cottage was very comfortable. We loved the beautiful scenery around. It was indeed relaxing to be in nature. Supermarket and restaurants were just 5 min drive. Cathy was a great host. Highly recommend it. Thanks

We spent three relaxing nights at gorgeous Edenside cottage. We loved watching all the various birds and the horses grazing in the paddocks. The cottage is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Cathy and Neville have created a really special place for guests and we hope to visit again very soon.

Lovely cottage tucked away in a quiet area but still close to shopping, arts, and food and wine. This place has everything you could want. All the best facilities, including coffee pod machine, bluray player with a great size tv, and all the open space to enjoy when you want to switch off completely. The owner went above and beyond. Immaculately clean, and perfectly comfortable couches and bed (better than mine at home). Unexpected treats were the icing on the cake. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I hope to be back. Thanks for opening your property up to weary folk looking for a peaceful getaway.

Very nice cottage with loads of ambience. The location is magnificent great views, lots of beautiful birds', different types of plants and horses grazing. Only a ten-minute drive to Kalamunda. Thoroughly recommend it.

Quaint Cottage with all we needed that surpassed our expectations. Horses came to say hello at the gate when we arrived. Views were magnificent of the green meadows and horse paddocks. Fireplace and balcony made it a wonderful escape even in the cold and rain. Ideal location close to all the local attractions. We would definitely like to stay again.

A lovely two nights stay with long time friends. Playing cards, board games and drinking, were our priorities, as we celebrated Terri’s 70th. Cheers

Great accommodation. So well appointed and so many thoughtful touches. Comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, well appointed kitchen. Its also close to really lovely wineries and beautiful scenery.
