Ecusta Trail House- Dog Friendly- 1.5 miles from down town!

Madeline was an excellent communicator from beginning to end of our visit, and the cottage was very interesting, comfortable and spotless!We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was exceptional! We had a great time. Madeline, just a note to be aware of....at night, with lights on, and all A/C's running, I noticed a power strain every time one of air conditioners came on. The light in the middle bedroom woold dim, considerably. I had the same problem during Heleen when I used an outside generator. I am no electrician, but you may want ask your local electrician if you may need a bigger breaker, but I would think that would only mask the problem as the wiring would still have to carry the load. Just an observation. John

Really enjoyed the stay...reminded us of our family cabins that we stayed in as kids for my wife and I.

We had a wonderful stay. Bed was comfortable, pups enjoyed the large yard, everything we needed was included in the rental, location was close to downtown and the new Ecusta Trail is right down the street. It was very cozy and well decorated as well. We love how dog friendly the area is and how many stores allow you to shop with your pups. The owner was very communicative and provided everything we could possibly need. Would definitely recommend!

Nice old fashioned place. Working fireplace. Heart of pine floors and in a very easy to find location. Also, it has covered parking. Owners were welcoming and communicative.

My husband, daughter, and I spent the weekend in the barn to celebrate all our birthdays. The house was very clean and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the coffee and being able to bring our dogs.

We came up to NC from Charleston, SC to enjoy some fall activities. We went to Marked Tree Vineyard and Justus Orchards for apple picking and we had a great time! The stay was perfectly described and the bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom which we liked so we could be close to our almost 2 yr old. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook dinner at the house both nights we were there. The host left a very detailed binder which made finding recommendations easy and fast. We would definitely recommend this place if you want to feel cozy in the mountains!

Nice space, close to town, with big yard. Clean and just as described. Communication is excellent.

I had a 2-week stay so I really settled in. The house is great, clean comfortable, well-stocked, farm house aesthetic. The house is very dog-friendly and sits on a large lot. The property owners are very helpful if you have any questions or need anything. Highly recommend.

Relaxing, very cozy, awesome wood floors and wood walls, clean, and well decorated. Nearby to a lot of food, grocery, and attraction options.

Cozy, great location, all amenities were available plus extra. We would stay here again.
