Downtown Greer Cottage ⭐️ Walk to downtown!

Quaint, clean, cozy - perfect place for our stay!

Lovely, safe property. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Very well appointed, better than we expected. Loved to be able to walk to the town of Greer, which has great restaurants and some cute little shops. Our dogs loved it too! If we come back to do some more property shopping, this would be our first choice.

Very clean, great for our dog and kids. Short walk to the beautiful downtown area. Very good experience the whole time. Very cozy cottage just perfect for us.

Holly and her husband have been wonderful addressing any questions we had in a speedy manner. They know a lot about the area and have kept up a beautiful home with everything you could think of that you may need. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave! Our pup really enjoyed the fenced in back yard and my daughter enjoyed the food being cooked in the kitchen like as if we were at home. It is quiet at night, neighbors are friendly if you choose to speak with them. Thanks Holly and Kevin for a great stay!

Such a lovely home and stay we had for 9 nights. Was so relaxing and had every amenity plus more!! We love the quiet neighborhood and lovely homes all around. Easy and quick walk to town and park. Host always responded quickly and checked on us during our stay. We will definitely come back here and stay! Thank you!!

We loved our stay in this cozy home. So clean and comfortable and everything you can need! Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped and felt like we were at home. The little details go a long way. Will definitely stay again

This property was clean, well well equipped regarding kichen necessities, and the host had thoughtfully accomodated necessary items-no feeling of scarcity.This property offered an enclosed backyard and puppy necessities. Definitely recommend for an easy stay within 25 minutes of downtown Greenville.

The house was very clean, & was thoughtfully supplied with everything we could need for our stay (minus meals). After sight-seeing in the nearby cute town, or after visiting friends, coming back to the cottage was so inviting & comforting. It was very easy to take care of while we were there bc everything is so well organized & anticipated. Holly was very quick & easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved this place! I’d never been to Greer before this trip (had visited Greenville), so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was surprised to locate a VRBO. Not only did we find this one, but what a delight! It gave our young adults the space they needed, we were close to our events, & discovered charming, walkable Greer in the process. Being greeted by festive seasonal decorations was an extra bonus. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Holly has everything and then some ready for a relaxing trip. Everything is clean and organized. We are from Greer and enjoyed the info book she has not only on the cottage but the areas to visit with maps. We loved the short walk to Downtown and the Park. This little cottage and the host Holly deserve more than a 5-star review.

Everything is perfect about this vacation home. Holly is wonderful to work with. The property is spotless and has everything you can need. The fenced backyard is great for pets. The house is also in walking distance to all the Greer fabulous restaurants and shopping. This is my favorite place to stay in the Greenville / Greer area.

Communication with Holly was top notch. We had a question during our stay and she responded in less than 5 minutes. All the little touches were so wonderful. We typically stay at 3-4 different VRBO properties in a year and this was the most well organized and stocked place we have ever stayed in. We loved that all the switches and other things were labeled and all the things that were provided. If we have the need to return to Greer will stay again, no question!

It was an easy walk downtown from this property, which is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. While we loved the restaurants in Greenville, the owners’ recommendations in Greer (especially Select and Wild Ace Pizza) were perfect for an easy meal. It’s a beautifully decorated, very comfortable home and the responsiveness from Holly and her husband Kevin when we needed to communicate was really excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable. Convenient to lots of fun things to do. You can eat in or visit one of many great nearby restaurants. This is a place to return to.

I can't say enough about Holly and her wonderful little cottage in Greer. Upon walking in my expectations were exceeded tenfold as it is so beautifully appointed in every way, and very spacious. Holly is an attentive owner and host, and she checked in with me several times to ensure I had everything I needed. I will certainly stay here again as my business takes me back to Greer. It's a wonderful find and I highly recommend this property, which alone would be terrific, but when you add Holly into the mix the stay here becomes a delight in every way. This is a for-real review, and I stay in many VRBO properties on my personal and business travels. Thanks Holly-will see you again for sure. THANK YOU!

They hosts thought of everything you would need for a week-long stay! Our stay was not the vacation we had planned due to a medical emergency with my husband. Our adult children surprised us with their presence and stayed with us on the property. Host was wonderful, brought us fresh picked strawberries and flowers. We are coming back in September! Highly recommend A+++
