Downtown Dunedin Cottage • Walk to Restaurants

The Cottage was awesome, we had an amazing time for a quick get-out-of- town from Lakeland. So many wonderful restaurants, bars and fun stores within walking distance. It's the perfect location. I even saw a cute little bunny hopping from our place one morning! Michael was a great host and was super helpful. The courage was clean and had everything we needed. The mattress was super comfy and we got a great few nights sleep. We would have brought along our little 11lb morkie, but didn't care to spend the extra 100, so had our son watch her. Overall, we loved the cottage at Dunedin and would definitely recommend to others and will stay there again ourselves.

The cottage had everything we needed. It is in a great location. Appreciated the few beach accessories it had as we didn't have any with us. We are traveling with our young kids and I like that the cottage didn't have a bunch of dangerous thing to hide apon arrival. The sleeper sofa was more comfortable than expected. Would love to stay here again.

Michael was amazing! He kept us informed prior to our stay and followed up with during the stay making us feel welcomed.

Great location! Just walk towards the dead end and you are in town! All the shops, breweries and restaurants right outside your door. Only minutes walking towards the coastline and sunsets! My main issue is there is no bathroom space for makeup or hair styling. No place for your suitcase or trolley to set it on. I don’t empty my suitcase for 2 nights. Maybe if we stayed longer it would be worth it to use the dresser. Thanks for the stay!

We LOVED our stay at Citrus Cottage! We never used our car because every place in Dunedin was walkable from the cottage. We were in town for a friend’s wedding and the location was incredibly convenient for attending all wedding events. And the cottage itself was perfect for my husband and I. Quiet and clean! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Fantastic experience. Great location. Easy, easy walking distance to Main street and all of its attractions. Super clean. Everything you need in the kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood. Wonderfully comfortable mattress. Great support from the property manager. We will be back.

The amenities were all that we needed. So close to downtown and so accessible to all restaurants and shopping. We asked for beach chairs to be set out and they were. Washing machine and dryer were nice to have and the front porch is so relaxing.

I have nothing negative or even slightly negative to write/review. Super happy we found this little gem in the middle of Dunedin. Conveniently located a block away from Main Street with all the amenities you need for an extended stay. Additionally, the 10% charitable contribution to our men and women in uniform speaks volumes to this veteran and I'd happily stay again without hesitation!!!

The place is simple, but adorable. It is adequate for everything you need. The bed is super comfortable. And the location is amazing.

What a fabulous place to stay, right in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. We walked to restaurants, shops, parks and the marina area. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it is just steps from all that is happening.The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything needed, except our clothes and food. The grounds are lovely with outdoor seating for dining or relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. Linens are great quality. Citrus Cottage is truly a gem and we will plan on staying there again and recommending it to family and friends.Our contact, Michael, was very communicative and readily available, if needed. He provided detailed information prior to our stay.

Perfect little cottage walking distance to all the great restaurants and trails. Short drive to beautiful Honeymoon Island. House is stocked with everything you need and host was communicative and helpful.

This quaint cottage was perfect for my husband and I for a spring getaway! Well appointed with furnishings, appliances and utensils! We didn’t want for anything during our stay! Very clean! We walked a couple blocks to the downtown Main Street for shopping and great meals! Decided on a dinner in one night and made a short drive to nearby Whole Foods. Ventured to nearby Tarpon Springs and Honeymoon Beach. Manager Michael was delightful to work with, very responsive and personable. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!

Citrus Cottage was terrific. This was our second time and we enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we could walk to downtown easily. The Farmer's Market was a nice surprise.

It was the perfect space for a work/ get away trip. So cute and so walkable!

So clean comfortable and well stocked as well as well situated!! Mike very responsive whenever we called .. this is our third year !!

I stayed in this cottage for a few days in February to escape the northern NY cold. My elderly parents rented the cottage next door and the arrangement worked perfectly. I had privacy and was able to bike the Pinellas trail and hang out with them as well. The cottage was basic but stocked with every necessity, included a great supply of coffees. It was comfortable and cozy. Wifi worked well and the check-in process was easy. I hope we get to rent again in future years.

The location is great for visiting downtown or a quick drive to the beach. Love how clean the place was and the remodeling looked great. The yard and outdoor furniture was a nice touch. We will stay here again soon.

The Cottage had everything I needed. It was nice and very clean. Location was great. Enjoyed exploring the different restaurants and seeing the sunset in the evenings. All with in walking distance. I’d definitely stay there again.

Right in the heart of one of the best downtown areas I have stayed in. Cool coffee shops, brewery’s and restaurants.

Small, but very clean and quite. Hubby in hospital at meise so location was Greater

We only needed the stay for 2 nights but still, it was very clean and the location was just great! We rented there last year and will stay again next time we are in town. The coffee, creamer and ice cubes were a nice touch.

Close to everything and communication was prompt and professional!

The space was clean and the managers were kind. They were quick to respond to any questions and made our stay a nice one. Our home was destroyed by Hurricane Helene and they had no problems getting us in and making us comfortable.
