Downtown Brevard Cottage - Hot Tub / Walk To Town

House was very clean and location was great. Host was always quick to respond and was very helpful when we needed to stay an extra night due to a snow storm.

Great house in a great location. Super easy walk to town. The house itself was very clean and well kept. Interior is very modern and appears to be recently renovated. For a pet friendly house I was surprised at how clean it was.Fenced in back yard was great for the pups and the hot tub was great for the humans - especially after a long day biking and hiking in late November

We only used one room for sleeping, but had enough room to spread out a little bit with our luggage. The power of the water in the showers was some of the best we’ve ever had anywhere, including our own homes! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and its temperature was perfect. We also enjoyed the ambiance and warmth of the fireplace. While we did not use all the kitchen appliances and supplies, it was certainly complete with what we needed although families might need more silverware.Suggestion would be to consider replacing couple of the chairs and the couch in the living room as they were difficult get in and to get in and out because they sank so low. They appear to be worn. The bedspread in the King bedroom as well as the sheets should be replaced. The bed itself however, was very comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay as it was very close to hiking trails and downtown Brevard.

Fall foliage was at peak - so we were thrilled to find this gem in Brevard on a Saturday night! I didn't even notice that the home had a hot tub - so that was a nice surprise! We also enjoyed the gas fireplace while watching the world series that night. All spaces have been thoughtfully updated. We didn't cook - but the kitchen was amazing. The bathrooms were also great. Highly recommend!

Great place in a super convenient location to downtown! Really enjoyed being able to walk to everything. The property needs some tlc, deep clean, little random things that would have made it an overall 5 star.

Great location, easy walk to town. Upon arrival one of the two toilets was broken, unable to flush, notified owner, was told it would be fixed (which never happened over our 4 day stay). Inconvenience for 4 people when house was advertised to have 2 bathrooms. Back porch with rotten wood and mold (safety issue). Hot tub was very nice after long day hikes in the parks. This was my second time using VRBO in Brevard, would not stay at this place again.

House was as advertised or even better. Inside has been remodeled and looks really good and was neat and clean. We were in walking distance to downtown Brevard. The host were excellent. If we go back to Brevard I am sure we will stay there again

For our purposes, this property was perfect. It was a 5-minute drive to Brevard Music Center, and about a 7-minute walk to downtown. It is well maintained, and definitely a cut above most rental properties. If it’s available, we’ll certainly rent this property on future trips to Brevard.

Charming three bedroom two bath home located within walking distance of downtown was a perfect spot for us. A fenced in backyard that allowed us privacy with a hot tub was also nice to have. Love the spacious kitchen as I like to cook when I’m on vacation and it was equipped with all I needed. The home was lovely and tidy…and did I mention a nice place to go outside and take a walk in a lovely neighborhood? Would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and we keep it on my list of places to go back to as we spend a lot of time in Brevard.

We Loved the location. Very close to downtown. There was some construction down the street but we didn’t hear it. All we heard were the birds. Hosts were great at communicating. Its a modest home but felt very roomy. The bathrooms were very nice.

Great communication before our stay. This house is well laid out with all the amenities, renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Nice open kitchen/living room/dining room layout with nice reclining chairs and a couch in the living area. It’s on a quiet street and a short stroll to downtown Brevard with all its restaurants and shops, which was nice after a day of hiking in Pisgah. The privacy fenced backyard with deck and hot tub is a relaxing place to hang out. Great stay!

The house was lovely, and the hot tub made it more like a fancy resort than a city VRBO house. I look forward to staying again sometime soon.

Wow! The property was amazing, Jonathan and Ashley couldn't have been nicer, and check-in was easy. We wanted to stay within walking distance of downtown. I didn't realize this house was close to our favorite restaurants and music venue (185 King Street) but away from traffic and noise. We didn't need the car from the time we arrived until we left to return home. Though we didn't cook while there, anything we needed was available. The beds were comfortable, the gas fireplace knocked off the early and late chills, and the deck was wonderful for relaxing during the warm afternoons. I read some reviews that commented negatively about the neighborhood, but after being there, I'm not at all sure what they were describing. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and safe. There is some construction going on nearby, but it was not noisy or inconveniencing in any way. I will certainly hope to stay here again when coming for music or simply visiting the town.

Location was great, even with some major construction close by. House was as advertised with great fenced back yard and hot tub is a nice bonus. For the most part floors, bathrooms, kitchen and main surfaces were clean. We contacted owners when we noticed dust balls coming from floor vents. They were more concerned with the custom floor vents than the cleanliness. We were threatened to be removed for touching the vents and cleanliness was never addressed other than a snarky unprofessional response. We left a day early and would not come back to this location.

The property is very close to downtown which is lovely. The neighborhood is in the process of changing and updating. The house is modest on the outside and very comfortable on the inside. They obviously used nice design elements to give a sense of comfort. The backyard is perfect for a family with a dog.

My husband and I visited with our two dogs. The house was just as nice as in the photos and description. The backyard was great for the dogs, and the hot tub was great for us! Location is an easy walk to Main Street and driveable/near many hikes and scenic spots. Don’t miss the Wild Morel ( 5 minute walk) for dinner. We loved the scallops and the trout!
