Central air conditioning on the first floor and 2 window air conditioning units upstairs. Basement has a couch, chairs and end tables for entertainment area. Also air conditioned. RENTAL IS FOR THE FRONT HOUSE ONLY, NO USE OF BACK COTTAGE.

The home was great for what we were looking for — a quiet spot close to the beach that allowed for our dog a baby. The house was clean, and we had a great time. The only thing that was tough was how musty and moldy the house smelled. Otherwise, we had a great trip!
