Stayed Aug 4, 2025The home was beautiful and in a great location. It was well decorated and well stocked. The downsides were that we needed to do laundry and there was no detergent. The WiFi was also very poor. Nobody could connect and we work remotely so needed to check emails and send texts which we couldn’t do.

Stayed Sep 29, 2024Spent a week here while exploring the local area. The cottage was immaculately clean and well appointed. Everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of room to relax. We would definitely return when back in the area.

Stayed Apr 22, 2016Description of the cottage is accurate and it offers a great base from which to explore the neighbouring area. You do need to use the car though as there are very few footpaths to wander along, say for an evening stroll. The cottage is exceptionally well equipped with extras for children such as toys and games. The garden was lovely but would not suit families with young children, not just because of the pond but because there isn't anywhere for them to run around or kick a ball. The cottage was well presented, clean and warm and had very comfortable beds! A good place to unwind.
