Delightful, quiet beachfront cottage

Really enjoyed the quiet and the screened in porch.

This is my 2nd year staying in this cottage. It's very quaint and only good for a max 2 people. *1bed* It's literally a few steps to the beach and the water is beautiful. There is alot of coral but a nice open spot plus bigger open spots up & down the beach. The donkeys and dogs are a beautiful added bonus in my opinion and the neighbors care for them.

The Island Passage Cottage is a charming, no-frills, clean, on-the-beach cottage a short walking distance to town. The space is open and airy with everything needed to enjoy the most relaxing low-key island stay imaginable. Just down the beach is the wonderful Ospry Hotel, perfect for outdoor meals with an unbeatable ocean view. Friendly beach dogs and donkeys stop by the house to say hello, otherwise it’s remarkably quiet with a private beach vibe. Caretaker Anita was helpful in reserving a golf-cart to tour the tiny island, and with taxi pickup from and to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again.

I don't want to glow too much - because I want to keep this little gem all to myself!!Liz and Ray are wonderful. The dogs are a huge bonus.

We had a wonderful time at this small house on the beach. We loved going snorkeling, riding bikes, visiting nearby restaurants, and hanging out under the shade of a Casuarina tree on the beach just outside of the gate. We had also plenty of help from Ray, Liz and Anita to find what we needed for rentals and other businesses.

Ideal cottage - peaceful and stunning beach environment, precisely what we were looking for.Will defiantly re-book!

Everything was wonderful and it was exactly what we were looking for. Cozy, comfy, clean, safe, private, and perfectly located. The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The beach in front of the cottage is wonderful and relaxing. There's never a crowd and rarely people passing by. There is a small beach club not far away which hosts cruise ship passengers and you can hear their music periodically but it doesn't stay occupied long and it's not loud.There are a lot of dogs around and while they are not aggressive there is a lot of random barking. I never napped or slept without being woken up by barking. I wanted to sleep with the windows open but that made the barking more bothersome.The cottage is private and has everything you need. It's not fancy and doesn't need to be. The internet and a/c worked very well when I used them. For a longer stay it is a bit of a burden to have to pick up drinking water especially if you are on foot but the location is great. Right at the edge of Cockburn Town with an easy walk to the restaurants there while still feeling secluded.Anita was quick to respond to my questions and gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. And she was able to accommodate late check out which I appreciated.Relaxing at the beach is almost perfect except for the barking but I'd happily return. The long term renters in the house next door were very friendly as well.

Peaceful quiet spot, beautiful view of the water, Beach is empty except for the wonderful friendly dogs that Ray & Liz the other renters in the main house take care of. We loved knowing that the dogs were on high alert and we never felt safer than at this spot. Close to several restaurants and diving companies. We rented a golf cart for the week and explored the whole island. Highly Recommend this rental for two people not looking for extremely fancy, but extremely comfortable.

My wife and I were looking a quiet time with friendly locals , plus beautiful surroundings. And we found it at the small cottage in Grand Turks. Everyday we were on an adventure from walking the beaches to going snorkeling, plus trying out local restaurants.

Extremely quiet peaceful setting right on the beach! Lots of friendly dogs on the property which roam freely on the beach. Basically no one on the beach except for the neighbor cruise visitors but they’re a ways away. Anita was very friendly and helpful arranging a ride to and from the airport. It was a great location to work from home at on the patio and I’d love to come back!

Great location. Snorkeling was top notch right outside our door. Anita was wonderful, handling minor power issues immediately. The dogs on the property were a problem. Although friendly and adorable the constant barking became a bit annoying. During the day it was tolerable but while on vacation we want our sleep which was interrupted multiple times during the night by the barking dogs for prolonged periods of time . We would recommend this property if the dogs were quiet at night and do realize this might be difficult to control by the owner. The outdoor shower was good for rinsing and the indoor shower always had great hot water and lots of pressure. Kitchen amenities were good, had good utensils and all the items that we needed to cook from home. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise.

This is truly a Gem. My husband, 15 year old son and I stayed in the studio cottage. From the beginning of our reservation to our departure Shannon and Anita were amazing. We had the opportunity to meet Anita and she was so helpful with everything and more! Ray and Liz that live on the property were the best. Truly an experience to unplug and reconnect with Mother Earths gifts. We will be back! Thank you all!!! 11 out of 10!
