Wonderful place on the Little Red River! The backyard area and down to the river is absolutely gorgeous! The cabin was fully stocked with all amenities and the hot tub was sparkling clean and ready to go when we got there! Enjoyed sitting outside each morning, drinking our coffee and watching the squirrels and the armadillos and the peaceful river. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful little cabin! We will be back!

The property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It was very clean. Atmosphere was homey and attractive. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. The river was beautiful and fishing from the lovely dock was good. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this cabin to others.

Although we didn't use the hot tub which was very clean, the whole experience was fantastic. Wished we could of spent more time there. Very clean and everything you would need was right at hand. The host answered every question we had. We would recommend it to anyone.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Bedrooms were roomy and quiet. This host has stocked the cabin with everything you will need, including kitchen necessities, paper products, extra towels, extra blankets and cleaning essentials, should you need them. We loved the screened in porch along the back of the house and spent most of our time there. Hot tub was awesome, although this time of year isn't optimal for long soaks! The fishing dock is spacious. The property is home to rabbits, squirrels, numerous birds, lightening bugs and lots of other wildlife. We loved this place and will definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

This cabin was very clean and comfy. It has that rustic homie feel. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. The spot on the river is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the back deck and on the swing overlooking the river. We plan on visiting Heber Springs again and hope to stay at this cabin again.

The house was clean and had everything you would need. It have a dock to fish from and grill and outdoor fireplace. The grill was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

The log house on the Little Red River did not disappoint! It was spacious and yet warm and welcoming. The screened in porch overlooking the river was a favorite spot for morning coffee/tea and relaxing as the sun went down. The host quickly responded to our questions and was accommodating for a special request. Don't miss this spot that is close to activities yet removed enough for quiet family evenings.

What a wonderfully welcoming, pet friendly property with gorgeous views of the river! Cabin is spacious with very comfortable beds and we loved how it was decorated! A bonus was that it was handicap accessible for my father to visit easily! Loved the deck and screened porch! Appreciated that our pets were welcome as well! Property has a dock that is great for fishing!! We will be going back!

It was perfect. we can to relax and we did. we had grocery deliveries. we used the grill and the hot tub. we caught rainbow trout. we slept amazingly. I cannot complain about anything.

We loved everything about this property. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. “Thoughtful” was the word that came to mind several times. We have stayed in several rentals throughout the years and this might be the best in terms of cleanliness and how well everything was appointed. Even the pots and pans were not the inexpensive horrible ones seen in a lot of rentals. We used the hot tub every night, fished every day and hope to be back very soon!!

The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. (it was very cold while we were there) We didn’t use the hot tub but stayed here expecting we would use it. Such a great amenity. We came to see the Trumpeter Swans and we were in close proximity to where they are located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely return to this VRBO again.

A great place in the Red River for relaxing, visiting and some fishing!

Such a beautiful place to stay! The cottage was stocked with everything we would need for the week- shampoo, soap, detergents, toilet paper, etc. It is the perfect size for a fishing getaway with a great covered dock. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch and the hot tub!

Enjoyed our stay here with beautiful views of the river and private dock. Well stocked kitchen and spacious house. Great communication with quick replies to our questions. Would definitely stay again - only negatives: AC struggled to keep up at times and house had a slight mildew smell.

Lovely Cabin on the river with well equipped kitchen, hot tub, dock, firepit and grills. Very comfortable and roomy. If you need to use central air, switch on from thermostat. We caught trout from the dock. Definitely plan on staying there again! The firepit, gas and charcoal grills were a definite plus!

The Little Red River is in the back yard where you will also find a variety of birds feeding from the feeders. Due to cold weather, we were unable to really utilize the screened in porch or the open porch. But they are roomy and inviting. There are swings in the front yard. There is a boat dock, but you'll have to put your boat in elsewhere. The interior of the house is spacious and inviting. Plenty of dishes, utensils, paper goods, bedding, towels. The grandkids loved the hot tub even in the bitterly cold weather. There is so much to do outdoors in Heber Springs. This is a welcoming and comfortable home to come back to for naps and meals. We will be back to enjoy during the warmer months!

Our family had another wonderful stay at the Log Cottage. We love the location and amenities. We will be back again!

We took my father-in-law and some friends for a long weekend for his birthday! The location was perfect - it felt secluded but was a convenient distance from town, making it easy to grab food or run to the store. The view was amazing, with a neat gathering area around a fire pit (with a charcoal AND gas grill), a super nice hot tub, nice screened-in porch and back deck, along with a really nice walkway to the dock. We loved our stay here and have already talked about returning! This place had everything we wanted and more!

We really enjoyed our stay. - few boards on porch leading into door off kitchen really need replacing. We used the ramp instead but you need to check those - suggest vents for moisture relief in the bathrooms Everything else was actually perfect
