An excellent, well-equipped and comfortable cottage where we were given a warm welcome. Easy walking distance of Durham with plenty of footpaths and countryside to explore. Would definitely recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This is a wonderful cottage in a great location. The property is very spacious yet comfortable and homely. So relaxing here I didn't feel the need to go out just because I was on holiday. There is a large screen TV, plenty of games and books, plus you can cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen. The accommodation itself is within a 30 minute stroll along the river to Durham centre and even during Covid-19, there are plenty of eateries offering excellent food. This property I would highly recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A very nice converted barn, with Durham town centre a 20 minute stroll away along the river Wear.

Dairy Cottage is a lovely cottage with lots of room inside to really unwind and enjoy your break, it is very close to the river which has a path into Durham, we had very good weather ( Sept ) so walked into Durham rather than using the car. We would recommend this cottage.

Ideal position for 20 min slow level walk into centre of Durham. Great for shops and getting out and about. Highly recommend. Nothing to detract from 5 star review.
