Cute fully furnished cottage w/ shared frontage on Silver Lake , Traverse City!!

MARY was great about communicating and was a very kind host. The location was great and wished we could have been there longer. Will definitely rent this location again in the future.

We had a great stay. Property was as pictured and well stocked. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable. Close proximity to downtown Traverse City as well as neighboring towns. Mary and Larry were great hosts and we were very surprised and greatful for the welcoming gifts that were waiting for us upon arrival. The bottle of wine, dried berries and gift card was such a nice touch. There also were 2 light sticks which came in very handy on our night hike. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you Mary and Larry for opening your home to us and making our experience flawless.

Great cottage, comfortable and clean, and just a few houses down from Silver Lake. Our friends were in the cottage next door so very convenient for us to visit and get together. Hosts were great. Had a hiccup with internet that was resolved. TV was basic local channels or Prime, pretty limited. But I’m told that was being resolved. Would definitely stay here again!

Mary and Larry were amazing hosts! They made the check in process so easy, left the sweetest welcome note/goodies, and the cottage was adorable! I say 4/5 stars though, because if you have allergies like we do, the bedrooms were musty smelling. It was weird, the kitchen/living rooms were fine but the bedrooms had the odor. It’s probably because the house is near the lake, but still should be noted. Also, there’s enough moisture in the bathroom for some spots of mold to grow on the ceiling… hopefully by the next visitors’ stay there will be a dehumidifier somewhere

The cottage was amazing! Cute, clean and made us feel right at home! The hostess, Mary was wonderful! Only had one question and it was answered within minutes! This place was spot on with the write up and the pictures! Will be back again!!

Had a wonderful stay at the cottage, first of all Mary was a great host, great communication! The cottage was super charming and very clean. We appreciated the bottle of wine and the grandkids loved the fudge! We used the gift card at Moomers Homemade Ice Cream, which was delicious. Enjoyed the beach and evenings at the fire pit. Definitely will be coming back.

I can't say enough great things about this home/property! First, the home looks exactly as pictured. Inside was even better. Very well stocked, comfortable king size bed in the master bdrm, clean newer bathroom. It sits just a few doors down from Silver Lake and only minutes from downtown Traverse City (we enjoyed the peacefulness of being away form the city). We brought our 23' foot boat and had plenty of room in the driveway for the boat and our truck. Owner Mary is awesome. She provided special goodies upon our arrival. As someone who likes to stay active, I was able to take long (safe) walks and runs through the subdivision next door. Only miles from Boones Steakhouse and Lake Ann Brewing (that place was hopping. Less than a half mile to Suttons Bay and boat ramps on Grand Traverse Bay and Lake Leelanau. We had an amazing time. We can not wait to return next year.

The property was clean, nicely decorated and had all we could of asked for. The rock hunting and kayaking werespectacular and visted with a momma loon and her baby. Close to Traverse City dining and shoping.Mary and Larry were perfect hosts.

Great cabin, great location

We had a very nice stay on our one week vacation at this cute little house. The house had everything you needed. It was close to the beach and set up really nice for kids. We really liked it and we were very happy with everything.

The cottage was perfect. It’s a good location and very clean.

Far enough from traverse city that you don’t pay traverse city prices but closes enough to still do all the city fun stuff.

We all throughly enjoyed staying here. Mary was such a wonderful host. The cabin was extremely clean.

This is a very quaint, cozy cottage with everything you need. The owners are quick to respond if you have any questions. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, but overall comfortable accommodations on a beautiful stretch of lake.

The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating for my family and I. It's a great cottage, close enough to Traverse City but far enough away and right near the lake. We were very happy with our stay here

Love staying here. Unlike other rentals I've stayed at, this cottage has all the things we needed for the week. Mary has thought through every detail. She even includes some nice gifts from local vendors. The street is quiet. My son loved playing on the swing set and at the beach. It's an easy drive to shopping or downtown. We will stay again!

Location waa great for TC and Lelenau Peninsula. Enjoyed the lake.

Cute and cozy! Loved all the amenities by the lake and wished I would have booked a few more days out there. The owner was great to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions I had. Rated the cleanliness slightly lower only because we saw dead bugs in the shower when we arrived. Hard to avoid bugs, in general, up north!
