Stayed Mar 15, 2026Room is ok for the price and location. Really strong chemical odor in the room. Must be newly renovated. Makes one feel quite uncomfortably for the smell. Maybe should wait for a couple weeks to ease the odor before renting out.

Stayed Feb 19, 2026We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Communication with our host, Paula, was great. She was always quick to reply provided helpful information. The cottage is very close to restaurants and shops so we could walk to these amenities. The cottage was very clean and tidy upon our arrival. We could stargaze from the back deck and we loved the fleece blankets that were provided for this purpose. Overall, a great place to stay.

Stayed Apr 10, 2026Tekapo is beautiful but gett crowded.. the cottage was very cute comfortable and clean. All amenities were very good and the beds / linen was very comfortable. The main rd gives off a bit of noise but you are so close to town. Beautiful bach ! Thankful Mark
