We have just returned from our holiday. The cottage was excellent and my five year old grandson really enjoyed the trampalene. Only thing to disappoint was not being able to see the sea and the garden being on a hill (not easy for me at 88!).

The cottage was lovely, exceedingly clean and comfortable. Our only criticisms, were tiny. No privacy on the ground floor because lacking curtains in hallway, lighting in sitting room dreadful, no baking tins provided, the back garden wasn’t secure enough to let a dog out without supervision. There was also no information provided regarding the footpaths around the Point, and going to Polzeath, so you really didn’t know where to go.

This is a good place to stay, and the house is clean, well furnished, comfortable and has everything you need. A problem with hot water was resolved promptly - excellent customer service.
