Cozy, Pet-Friendly Escape Near Lake & Mountains

Home was the perfect location to ski and ice fish and warm and wonderful to come back to after a day in the cold. We loved the fireplace, and the kitchen amenities were well stocked. House was clean and perfect for the 6 of us - including 2 children. Host was communicative and helpful upon arrival.

What a wonderful time we had staying here! The house was just as pictured and very clean! We visited the area for skiing at Gunstock and you honestly can’t get any closer to the mountain - it was perfect! Alex was so accommodating as a host and was responsive to all our needs! Will be back again in the future!

What a great place for a few days of relaxation! So peaceful, very comfortable. The living room looked nice but honestly never used it or the TV. All waking hours at the house were spent on the deck, coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Perfect! Plenty of things to do around the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean and quite cute. They had all of the basics that we needed for a night with kids and adults. The hosts were communicative and helpful. 5 stars all around!

Property is is very nice and very well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware, cooking untensils and pots and pans. Even some basics like cooking spray and a few seasonings. Linens and towels were very high quality and plentiful. We had 6 adults staying and even though the house isn't very big, it lives big. Location is great, only a short drive to the beach, a short drive to Bank NH pavillion where we took in a show, neighborhood is quiet and the deck with the very large patio table was a perfect place to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent it again without hesitation.

Clean, well maintained property. I personally don’t find a property to be dog friendly when they stay in the special rules after you’ve already booked to stay that the dog can’t be on any of the furniture. The dog is a family member and on vacation with the family, it’s not fair to the animal, nor is it fair to the customer paying extra for the animal and then finding special rules afterwards. Otherwise, the decking area was nice. I would’ve liked to have seen a couple gates. Anything could’ve come around the corner at night or up those stairs or down . Nice property all in all.

Every detail has been thought of here. This was a perfect getaway and the decorating was on point!

Was a wonderful short trip to Lake Winnipesaukee! I was able to show my daughter's all of the places I went over 30 years ago as a kid! The home was lovely.

Loved this house, wish it was my own! Very clean, up to date, cozy, has everything you need for a stay. Location was very close to Gunstock Mountain. We enjoyed staying in at night with the fireplace on and watching a movie or reading. Would love to return in the summer.

This trip ended up being a guys trip for Sully, my GSD, and I to spend a week hiking and visiting old friends in the area. Upon arrival I quickly noticed the surrounding landscape and the front yard. The surrounding trees were perfect for what anyone would want from northern NH. The front yard and side yards were great to be outside and still have a little bit of open space. The deck and the fire pit were very well done and allows you to enjoy outdoors without having to leave the home. Inside was perfect for a small group of people, or Sully and I in this case. Open kitchen points out to the living room and very nice fireplace, which allowed me to utilize the TV and fire while I was cooking. Also, the windows in that space were great and allowed for plenty of tree views indoors. BTW, they had all the essential cooking items you would need from coffee, and the basics all the way up to oven essentials and more involved cooking/prep. I always hate it when you rent a nice place overall, including the kitchen, but NO basics to utilize it. All of the beds looked great. I happened to sleep in the master and the bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were well maintained and looked nice. I did not need it, but it was nice knowing there was a washing machine available. All in all, I thought this place was great and will definitely be renting it again next trip out!

Great location. Minutes from trails and lake. Very easy to find lots of things to do.

The house and property were perfect for our family of 5 (+dog)! Exceptionally clean and we felt perfectly at home. Will recommend to family & friends in the future if they are in the area.
