Stayed Apr 7, 2025Easy self check in. The walkway to the cottage was wash away with only the large stones left to step on, the dirt (mud) small stones and yard debris washed up on the entrance area which was slippery and unsightly. We are older and safe footing is a necessity. The oven would not heat correctly and the burners were very slow to get hot so we were unable to prepare our meals as planned. The 2nd night I had a spider in bed with me which made me have to double up in the other bed. The third night I killed 2 fleas in the same bed ( the ad said no pets so I question if this was actually true. The TV was in the bedroom so in order to watch TV you had to lay in bed. Knowing the area received a lot of rain, we feel certain water seeped into the kitchen area before arrival bc walking barefoot water came in between the wood slats of the floor and got your feet wet. This resolved the day before our checkout time. The yard needed picking up after all the rain. It was apparent that the management company had not checked the property before our check in date. I notified the house mgmt person on arrival but I received no response. The house manager did not make the house and yard client ready especially for all the fees we were charged plus a clean up fee. Very unhappy stay. We will not choose another rental through this venue again. We are going back to motel rentals here on out bc of this experience. Cute decorations and dishes. The deer and squirrels were fun to watch.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024It’s not very nice but good enough. Kind of over priced and the WiFi never worked and the owners never answered me when I told them. I believe it also has some kind of leak and maybe mold under the flooring. It rained one night and the floor was damp the next morning. Not built well. Won’t be rebooking.

Stayed Jun 2, 2023The kitchen is tough being so small and curious if the coffee pot and maybe microwave could be put on a bakers rack or cart. The oven needed pushed back just so silverware drawer could open all the way but I don't know what was back there so I didn't. Parking could use better signage for parking, I knew where we were going and still had difficulty. I keep my boat at Tracey so very familiar and would love to stay again but extra fees are a killer. The beds were wonderful! Cute place over all, thanks for a great stay.
