Upon arrival, a security deposit will be required by the Agency and will be used if the apartment is not left in satisfactory condition and/or is not clean (a fixed amount varies depending on the apartment type). Without the deposit, no keys will be issued.

Arrival time: between 4 pm and 6 pm. Keys can be collected from the Agency located in the village of Saint Lary Soulan. For arrivals after 6 pm, please contact us.

Departure time: before 10 am. Keys must be returned to the Agency located in the village of Saint Lary Soulan.

Cleaning supplies are not provided.

Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:

- Cleaning for 2-bedroom (8 people) and 3-bedroom apartments: €80.
