Stayed Jul 17, 2025Josh was very accommodating and the home was great for our 3 day stay. We even had an opportunity to see where the near by beach was. The rooms were perfect for our 3 boys and they had everything ready for us and some when we showed up! We’d definitely stay there again when we’re heading to Omaha!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025This property is very cute and set up with enough beds/ bedrooms. Our group had 7 members and we were comfortable. Overall impression was a clean and tidy cottage. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.Our only thing we were surprised by is the pull out bed in the sofa was full of chip crumbs. I'm sure it just got missed as the rest of the home was neat and clean.

The location was close enough to anything that anyone could need. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. We appreciated the suggestions to local businesses and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone needing to stay in Council Bluffs.

It’s an open lay out so you won’t be tripping over each other trying to get anywhere. Close to many business that you could want to visit or need to visit to grab the necessities. We loved our stay and would recommend it to others!
