Water Safety: For your safety, it is mandatory to wear life jackets at all times when using water toys. Please ensure children are closely supervised near the water.

Guests will have full access to the entire cabin, spacious deck, and the lake.

We`re always approachable via the booking app or can be reached by phone at the number displayed.

We have wonderful neighbours on both sides who live here full-time.

Please respect their right to a peaceful enjoyment and respect the Quiet Hours.

Music must be brought indoors after 9pm.

Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Please be mindful of the surroundings and respect the peaceful atmosphere.

Maximum Occupancy:
The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests.

Pets
Pets are welcome, but must be disclosed at the time of booking.
No pets on beds, couches, or any furniture.
Please clean up after your pet — we trust our guests to be responsible owners!
Any damage caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility and not included in the pet fee.

Water Safety:
Life jackets must be worn at all times when using water toys.
Children must be supervised near the water.

Fire and BBQ Use:
Use the fire pit and BBQ responsibly. Ensure they are completely extinguished after use.

Please treat the cabin and its furnishings with care.
Report any damages or issues promptly.

Garbage and Recycling:
Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins. Help us keep the property clean.
