We were looking for a nice peaceful place within a few hours of home to get away for a couple of days. Saw this place online and thought it would be nice. It met all of our expectations and we really enjoyed. Online description wat completely accurate. Super comfortable and relaxing weekend. Would recommend!

You know that feeling after vacation when you finally get back home,( theres no place like home) well thats how this place is..very clean ,comfortable and private. We've stayed alot of places in our time ans we both agree this is the best

We had a great stay and the views were beautiful! You do need to be cautious of the road especially if you are not used to the curvy and narrow backroads with steep drop offs. I would recommend check-in before dark so you can see clearly for the first drive up, there's a dropoff to the right when you turn to head up the actual driveway and it would be easy to miss if you hadn't seen it beforehand. We had an experience with a neighbor down the roads dogs chasing after us for an extended period of time and thankfully were able to dodge them every time we came through. The county doesn't have leash laws or dog ordinances so sadly nothing can be done to protect the animals so I figured it would be good to mention for other people staying to be aware of these 2 doggies on the way there!

My wife and I stayed at the A Frame for 3 months (Mid Jan thru mid April) in 2025. The property is well placed for outdoor activities and centrally located for day trips to Nashville, Knoxville, and Kentucky bourbon country.The house itself is small and comfortable and the host is very friendly and communicative. We enjoyed our time here and would return again.

We selected this property due to the proximity of Dale Hollow Lake which we visit often for fishing. The property was very clean, easy to check-in, and the property mgr was very responsive and easy to work with. The loft bedrooms do get warm when it's hot outside and they are difficult to cool down with the window units available. Otherwise, nice, clean stay.

Quaint and cozy cabin. Loved the setting. We had a larger boat trailer, so getting turned around was a bit tricky. Great value.

Couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. Quiet surroundings, close to the Horse Creek Marina, and the fishing was excellent on top of it. Caught two limits of rainbow trout that evening. Very clean accommodation as well.

Property was clean and had everything we needed for the most part. Not enough toilet paper and laundry soap for a family of 5 for 7 days. Also we were further from the lake then i was expecting. Other then that price was good and we enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and cool on arrival,It was decorated nicely for 4th of july and checking out was a breeze. Communication with property manager was good as well. I would rent this property again. Thank you
