Stayed May 1, 2026We had a wonderful time at our stay at Janice’s home. She was an excellent host and was always in communication with me. Her home is the perfect spot in downtown New Smyrna. Walkable to everything right there in the downtown area, yet a quick easy jot over to the beach. I look forward to another visit to New Smyrna and will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 25, 2026Great house and great location! Very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of extra niceties! Host is very thoughtful with needed provisions, plus extras, and was prompt in responding to questions. Loved being able to walk around Historical NSB, just one block away! Would definitely come back!

Stayed Feb 6, 2026Wonderful stay! Centrally located, the apartment had everything we needed and our host was very responsive! The location was great- a block from Canal street with lovely restaurants, antique stores, etc.Would absolutely stay again if we were headed back to NSB!

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Host was super proactive in communication. The homes was spotless with plenty of space, plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. High quality towels and linens. Everything you need in the kitchen, including K-cup coffee marker. This is a gem of a property.
