Cozy historic cottage in the woods. 10 minute walk to town

Everything was perfect!!! We had a wonderful time spending Christmas at the cottage with our family!!!

This was the perfect home and location for our family to stay while we were in town for a horse show. The accomodations are clean, comfortable, and cozy. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfectly located to Tryon and surrounding areas and very quiet. The house is a bit run-down and dirty. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The furnishings are adequate. The house could use a deep cleaning including the oven, and refrigerator. We would not rent this property again. Brooke was very nice to communicate with, but she should know how her property is being cared for.

The house was exactly like it was listed. Everything thing was clean and tidy. Our host was so very helpful and responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We love staying here. There's something for everyone, even the youngest members of our party.

We had a lovely stay in Tryon. The house is charming, decorated so cute, and very relaxing. It was a short 15 minute walk into town and a 20 minute drive to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. We will definitely be back!

Everthing was great except there was not soap in the shower.

The property was very cozy and had everything promised. We were in and out (2 nights) from home a family event but would really love to come back and take full advantage of all the amenities.

Nice older house that fit our 4 guys group needs. Very quiet and just outside downtown. Bring your own soap and shampoo. You will need your own TV app for the smart TVs. We plan to return for next year’s golf trip.

We were in Tryon for a golf-getaway with friends. Had a great time. Love the setting of the house—trees, birds, quiet neighborhood.

The house was very clean and was close to the downtown area. Great communication about emergency work and easy check in process. Easy to relax in this sweet home. Felt like staying somewhere familiar and cherished.

This house is a true gem. I love the remodeled, open kitchen/FR and especially the first floor master. I had everything I needed/wanted and the kitchen was well-stocked. Great location and love the TV's, which believe it or not, seems hard to find these days. My new home-away-from-home in Tryon!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Brooke's property! The house was adorable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our comfortable beds. The bathrooms are luxurious.
