Cozy farm cottage w/firepit super close to great hiking trails & ski slopes.

We loved our stay here! The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and more than met our expectations! The only negative was the backyard was not as private as we thought based off the photos (neighbors on one side and another with nearly connecting backyards) however, the curtains on the detached patio helped us block out everything except for the woods and it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

The Cozy Farm Cottage was truly amazing. We traveled from Florida for our first “White Christmas,” and this place was every bit as magical as a Hallmark movie. The cabin was cozy, spotless, and we felt at home the moment we stepped inside.Our only regret was not staying here for all seven days of our trip to Philadelphia. It’s close to everything, yet perfectly secluded so you still get that peaceful, “farm‑like” feeling as soon as you turn onto the road.My family will always have fond memories of Philly because of this place. Thank you, Susan, for creating such a warm and unforgettable getaway.

This place was truly amazing! We could have spent the whole weekend indoors taking in the beautiful snowy sites from the kitchen/dining room. But we had to get out and explore Stroudsburg. It was so warm and inviting. Would certainly rent this place again!

The cottage was exactly as stated in the description. It was cozy and beautifully appointed. The host promptly responded anytime that I had a question. The location was off the beaten path, but was close enough to things to do in both Stroudsburg, Bethlehem, Tannersville, and even a trip to NYC.

ULTRA COMFY! It was the perfect landing spot for our overnight. Host was totally accommodating. Gas fire pit and gas fireplace inside were both fun and beautiful.

We stayed for two nights to attend a wedding at the nearby mountain spring resort. The location of this rental was so perfect, near everything we needed. The rental was so cute and clean when we arrived, and provided everything and more that we needed. We really enjoyed our time and wished we had more time to enjoy all the beautiful outside amenities!

The cottage was very cute and well maintained. Location was just tucked away enough yet local to everything we wanted to do. Perfect for a couple on a weekend getaway.

Have to repeat other reviews, this cottage is clean and comfortable. Kitchen area was spacious and easy to keep clean. Comfortable beds, and in spite of several 90 degree plus days the cottage was well cooled with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Location is easy access to major roads or scenic drives to attractions, about one hour to Hawley to ride the rail bikes, a little less to ride the train in Jim Thorpe or visit Lake Wallenpaupack.Visiting deer in the yard and surrounding area nearly every day. Great stay, so glad we booked.

This cottage was so cozy and decorated beautifully. Great location, close to all the things I wanted to do. Inside was clean and well equipped. I loved the little touches like the coffee bar and the soaps in the shower. The laundry area had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. Loved the fireplace heater! We enjoyed the trivia games! I would given a 5 star review but we unfortunately encountered some issues. First the cottage seemed to be in a private wooded area from the pictures. But when we pulled up there was a house next to the cottage. The neighbors ended up to be very nice and the area was beautiful. But if you are looking for privacy in terms of no neighbors, this isn’t the place. Wasn’t a real deal breaker for us. Why I took off a star is because no one really checked to see if the outside area was maintained or needed anything. There were no grill tools or brush and patio furniture hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Our second evening, we go to use the grill and propane runs out. At this point I asked my husband to see if the fire pit was working for the s’mores later. It wouldn’t turn on. We thought because all the tanks were empty. The homeowner was quick to respond and someone was there to bring one new tank to us. After dinner we went to go use the fire pit, It would not ignite. I was so upset because I’m from the city and all I wanted to do was sit around a fire and eat s’mores. Still had a nice time and would come back!

The cabin is honestly our favorite place to stay when we come to the Poconos. It’s quiet and private but close to everything. We have stayed here every single year for the last 3 years and will continue to stay here every year. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us’

A friend and I stayed at the cottage to get away from the Florida heat. The ambience of the cottage is absolutely adorable. The beds are comfy and the house is well stocked. It is close to the downtown Stroudsburg area and close to bars and grill for lunch or dinner. Morning coffee sitting outside in the gazebo was such a treat.

The house is incredibly clean and in a great location. Very responsive ownership.Will come back

Property was clean. Very much as advertised. Outside of property was very nice but feels like it lacks privacy with the farmhouse right next door. All in all a very nice place would recommend.

We saw all the great reviews and wondered - are these real? After staying at this wonderful place we can say they are. All was good. The inside, the outside. Checking in. Being there. Maybe a curtain on the front door windows would be nice - My more urban wife likes covering!! Maybe the deer were looking in? And maybe a drying rack for dishes. But those issues are .0001% of the trip. All Great.

The cottage was very comfortable, quiet and with remnants of Hurricane Debby outside we spent a little more time inside than originally planned. The space is well organized and modern decor. The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The area is convenient for rainy day shopping and being close to nature.

Charming and very cozy with every detail carefully thought out. Coffee and tea bar with a selection of coffees, teas, creamers and sweeteners. Best way to start the day with a hot cup of coffee with minimal thinking involved. A wonderful home away from home giving you privacy and the peace to disconnect while still being close to area attractions.

We had a great time and were close to everything we needed !
