This is a one-bedroom, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The couch makes into a queen bed, so it sleeps up to 4 total. Washer and Dryer provided. Kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen necessities.

Stayed Aug 19, 2025Our courteous hosts provided us a very clean and functional living space in this cozy hideaway. We stayed longer than the typical stay, as it allowed us to transition aged parents from a farm setting into long-term care in Joplin. The local interest, bonus to our stay, was watching and observing the docile neighbouring cattle.We were thankful for the private and quiet setting.
