Cozy Cottage within walking distance of downtown!

The house was as advertised but even nicer! The layout worked well for us 5 60 ladies. Close to where we wanted to be, and Eric was a super guy. We called him family after meeting him. Highly recommend staying here- you won’t be disappointed. Choose the sour dough cinnamon rolls. There may have been arm wrestling happening for the last one. Affordable also. The sitting area in the back was a great space.

The home was super roomy and comfortable. We were excited to learn that we were getting a homemade peach cobbler as a bonus to our stay. That was very kind and over the top! Loved it, and loved the accommodations

Property was lovely, clean and cozy. Communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

Super clean house with plenty of extras especially in the kitchen in case we forgot anything. It was just over half mile walk from state street. We’ve already booked our weekend to go back next year

This was a great location for going to the racetrack. Less than a 20 minute drive. Close to downtown, which we could walk to in less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood overall seemed pretty safe. We would stay again. The hosts even prepared a cobbler for us that was ready when we arrived. Check this place out!

Eric and Brice were great hosts and made recommendations for things to do plus provided great hospitality. House is clean and comfortable.

Had a great stay at the cozy cottage! Eric & Patrice were the ultimate hosts and were able to help us with our stay at the last minute. We had our cousins come eat Thanksgiving dinner with us, and Eric put in the table leaf and provided additional seating so we could all enjoy a meal together. Such a special visit. Their home was clean and spacious! When we come back to Bristol, we will definitely stay again!

Eric and his family went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Besides the property being absolutely perfect, they allowed us to check in early due to unforeseen circumstances. The property was centrally located in a safe and quaint location. The house was absolutely gorgeous and really showcased the history of Bristol. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. It was the perfect place to call home away from home. Thank you to Eric,Patrice and Bryce for showing us true southern hospitality. Bonus: The banana pudding cream pie was delicious

Our host was super attentive and was always available if we had questions or concerns. Hands down the best host we have ever had.

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect place for our stay. Sadly, we were in town for a funeral but the Cozy Cottage provided a place for our family to stay, rest, and share stories of our Mom. The “extras” were greatly appreciated. The apple pecan cobbler was a welcome treat upon arrival. I highly recommend this property! Eric, thank you!!!
