Stayed Jul 28, 2024Kathi and Jeff were great we were welcomed as soon as we opened the gate....it's been said on other reviews how great this place is it's close to Canal St and Flagler Ave, it's close to the beach but to us it felt like we were home we were comfy and happy ..thanks guys

Stayed Jun 30, 2022Everything about this property was AWESOME! Jeff and Kathi made my husband and I feel welcome and at home. As soon as I booked the apartment Kathi was in contact with me. Very cute and quaint apartment ? minutes from the beach and TONS of activity! Highly recommend! They are exceptional hosts and the property was awesome!

Stayed May 26, 2022Very comfortable. excellent AC, great pool, nice landscaping, great mattress, nice shower. interior lighting needs help. good fridge but don't plan on serious eating in - there's only a hot plate and microwave. Kathi and Jeff very helpful when necessary, you won't see them unless you need them. they were excellent sources for good restaurants, shopping, etc. grandchildren came to visit us; no problem. We had a wonderful time. Donna and Peter We enjoyed our stay tremendously.
