Cozy Cottage - Minutes from Attractions!

Cottage was nice and cozy, in a great location. Had a wonderful time.

This was our 3rd time staying on this property. Such a sweet place. Has great amenities for my elderly mother. Not many steps, handles in the bath. We even decided to stay an extra night and when I sent a message to the host, she messaged me back almost immediately. I love that this cottage is away from the traffic of Pigeon Forge but close enough to do all the things. We will be back next year God willing. We have found our place!

Our rental house was perfect for our stay, we were close enough to get to attractions, but still far enough away to be so peaceful and tranquil. We were able to do laundry while away and therefore didn't have any when we got home. Would highly recommend!

Host was great! Responded immediately when I had a question and was very helpful.

This was the perfect home base for our adventures in the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts and dinners. Beds were very comfortable after a day outside.

Absolutely fantastic property. The house was a wonderful layout, great kitchen that was easy to use and had everything we needed for quick meals. The rooms were comfortable and exactly what we needed. The huge flat back yard was perfect for a game of soccer and wiffleball. Highly recommend the property for families.

We were planning to camp all week but were rained out. I sent a message to owner late in the evening to see if there was room to park our tiny camper. She responded immediately and we moved our stuff the next day. The location is great. The house was spotless and equipped like a home. You can feel that this place has been well loved. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our stay, big yard for the kids to run around, nice bedrooms, very home feeling.

This house is cozy and perfect! Great inventory for a comfortable stay and the location is super convenient. We enjoyed the large deck and yard for home time, ventured into the city for attractions, and even found our way through the mountain to splash in the river. Can’t beat the value on this Smoky Mountain cottage!

Overall the stay was good. Only advice you may want to change cleaning service.

Everything about this host and property was wonderful!We found the cottage very cozy and the beds were soooooooo wonderful!!! We slept like babies! We found everything in the kitchen we needed to make a meal, and it was so nice to sit in the eating area and enjoy the place. It was perfectly close to all the stores, and the neighborhood was quiet. We will be back! Thank you again Leah!

Property was exactly as described. Everything needed was provided. Kitchen very well stocked...an important detail for someone with multiple dietary restrictions due to illness and chemo. House and furnishings are extremely comfortable. LOVE the door lock--no key to keep up with, no wrestling with a realtors' box. Felt very safe and secure throughout the stay.

Very nice clean house. Perfect location for any events. We were here for Ponies in the Smokies but it is close to all the entertainment without the noise at night.

We had such a pleasant experience staying at the cottage! The location couldn’t have been any better plus we were only minutes away from literally everything! We wanted somewhere that wasn’t high in the mountains or have to travel up steep hills during the stay and we got exactly what we wanted. Would definitely stay again. Loved the history/picture wall with the families generations and story binder!

I had such an amazing time with my family here. The house and the property, plus the location was perfect. There was so much room for outside family activities and it's in a safe location. This is the 2nd time we have stayed with this host at this charming little cottage. We love the location. Close enough to everything and away from the hustle. Home has all that you need. Porch is wonderful. We are looking at dates again for next year. You will not regret this stay....price is wonderful.

The property and house were wonderful!! It was super cute inside (pics don't do it justice) and had everything we could have needed. We kept ourselves so busy with all the tourist stuff so didn't get to enjoy all the house and property had to offer but if we did it again, we'd stay another day to do a fire and enjoy the deck and peacefulness! Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area!

My grandson and I loved our stay here! It is located in a quiet area that is both very easy to find and close to activities and attractions! The property is sparkling clean and well stocked. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and the whole place is just warm and welcoming. The property manager was very prompt in answering questions. Check in and out was easy peasy. Will definitely return whenever in the area.
