Lewiston is a nice area. Quiet neighborhood

Cute and cozy!

The kitchen and washer/dryer room were fully stocked. The place was very clean. Located a short drive to Center Street, Artpark or the Niagara River. The bed sizes were listed incorrectly. It says 3 queen bedrooms. We found only 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and 1 twin bedroom. Although we were able to squeeze in, it was inconvenient. The listing says sleeps 6. I am not sure where the 6th person is supposed to sleep. May we also suggest having at least 6 seats in the living room as that is the number of people the house is supposed to sleep.

We stayed for an event and did not want to stay in Niagara Falls proper due to expected crowds. Lewiston was lovely, with a main street with just what was needed, nice restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc. The house was just enough for us. A very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated.

The cottage was the perfect place to stay for a couple relaxing days fishing the Niagara river. Super close to everything and nicely maintained.

Theos cottage is an amazing definitely a 5 star experience. The house is beautiful It’s very close to Niagara Falls but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Lewiston is a beautiful town to visit too. We would definitely recommend staying here

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Theo's Cottage very much. The interior spaces are roomy and pleasingly designed, furnished and decorated. The owners clearly have an eye to what is calm and welcoming. The bedrooms, in particular, are very restful. Everything was very neat and clean. Appliances are well-stocked, new-seeming and fully functional. We appreciated choice of coffee maker (traditional pot vs K-cup), a nice array of coffees and teas, and every some extra herbs/spices in the cupboard, besides just S&P. A simple deck in the back allows for a beautiful view of the long expanse of backyard and surrounding tall trees. A low ramp to the deck made loading and unloading the car much easier. The owners were prompt, friendly and helpful in their communications. I give them high marks!

Perfect location, very clean . 2 suggestions: As older adults, we found the steps to the 2 upstairs bedrooms steep and small. It was hot while we were there and we needed fans for the upstairs bedrooms. Very cozy, enjoyed the back porch in the evenings!

Adorable cottage, comfortable and homey. Monique was great to deal with. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, and she even allowed us a later checkout due to a work call my son needed to take. The home had everything we needed and then some! Great location and proximity to the village of Lewiston. We’ll definitely be back!
