Adorable house with adequate space for everyone. Host was kind enough to adjust their policy so my 40-pound dog could be a part of our family. The apples were the best I’ve had in years! Many thanks to our host!

Amazing views and cute property! We had a great time. We arrived on a Sunday evening and the farm was crowded but during the week there weren't many out so it was really peaceful. Spent a lot of time on the patio.

We absolutely loved this property… cute as can be house surrounded by apple trees. Just heaven! Check in was a piece of cake and communication with the property owner/manager was so easy. The view from the back porch is perfection!

Quaint and relaxing.

This will be our go to place to stay at when we are in Hendersonville every year. This place was absolutely amazing. I cannot emphasize regarding the location, cleanliness, just the perfect place. My family had a fantastic time and the view with the Orchard overlooking the mountains was fantastic.

We had the best time at the house! It had a beautiful view of Granddad’s Apple Orchard, perfect for our morning coffee. It was also close to many restaurants and wineries that we enjoyed going to. Definitely will be back!

This is a really beautiful location. The house is surrounded by an apple orchard. The house is really cute and well maintained. The beds are super comfortable. Everything you need to cook is in the house. I can tell that the owners really maintain the property well and take pride in taking care of it. The owners respond quickly to any questions. We had a really great time during our visit and highly recommend the property.

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it, therefore, when it came time to book another VRBo, we immediately thought of cozy cottage. The area and the grounds are beautiful and serene, overlooking the apple orchards and the mountains. Check in is simple with a keypad doorlock and Kayce is always quick to respond. Outdoor motion lighting and a ring camera help give a sense of security. Home is well kept and decorated, featuring full appliances and smart tvs in every room. Nice touches include a welcome basket full of snacks on the kitchen counter and board games are in the living room to help pass the time. We will book cozy cottage again, when the time comes.

Charming cottage close to all our favorite activities and just the perfect space we need. Have stayed there several times for a get-away with friends. We love it!

The house was great for us this week. It was convenient to all the sightseeing we did, and let us enjoy the stars at night. Communication with the owners was fantastic and quick.highly recommend if you are looking for a getaway.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage with our pup and had an amazing time. It was such a beautiful property inside and out. It was so well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. The only downside for us was that we had to drive through town to get to all the Mtb trails we were there to ride. That was minor and I definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

Home was so comfortable and perfectly furnished without the typical rental furniture/decor haphazard overflow. The front porch view each morning was worth and extra drive or inconvenience of not having a hotel experience. We absolutely loved our stay, and the kids cannot wait to go back to the 'apple house'. Owner was great at communicating!

The house is located in very nice area around apple crops and sufficiently separated from the neighbors which was adorably. Very comfortably house!

We enjoyed a wonderful trip to Hendersonville for a 4 day baseball tournament! The home was perfect for our needs and the host was very accommodating to our requests/ questions. The host was very responsive throughout the weekend! We will definitely stay here again if in the area!

We recently enjoyed an amazing stay at this wonderful cottage! The kitchen was fully stocked including a thoughtful basket of goodies and the entire home was absolutely immaculate! We have never stayed at a vrbo property that was so well maintained! The location was fantastic! In addition to being at the edge of a beautiful apple orchard it was not more than ten minutes to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and wineries! Check in was super smooth, beds were comfy, and we loved the abundance of linens provided! Exceptional stay! Definitely recommend!!!
