Stayed Dec 25, 2024The location was very good; very close to downtown. The reason I gave it a 3 is because we have stayed in many of these rentals and they have all had many more amenities. They don’t even provide Kleenex. Many others where we have stayed provided tea, soda, coffee ; none of this was provided. Also, the bathroom was very small with no counter space.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024First time to Dunedin,, fun town with lots to do for family or just a quiet get away, BEAUTIFUL Sunsets!! The unit is as shown online, clean, NO PETS (yeah), NO KIDS etc.. BTW I love animals, just don't think they belong on vacation in a VRBO or Hotel for that matter!! Could you please spray the patio chairs, a little Rustoleum goes a long way. Get rid of the cheap plastic outdoor chairs, they melt in the Florida heat. Give it 5 stars for being CLOSE to everything and CELAN!!

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Everything was clean and smelled good. The furnishings were adorable and comfortable. Everything worked properly. It was a great location for walking downtown, and I felt safe.
