Stayed Apr 12, 2025WE LOVED THE PLACE AND LOCATION WAS WITHIN MINUTES OF THE BEACHES. THE ONLY THING WE WOULD SUGGEST IS MAYBE ANOTHER CHAIR IN THE LIVING ROOM AND SOMETHING IN THE 2 BEDROOM OFF THE KITCHEN TO SET LUGGAGE ON. WE ENDED UP USING THE BENCHES FROM THE TABLE. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS AWESOME.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Every year, we visit the kids’ grandmother who lives down the street in this neighborhood. The location is fantastic with easy access to her house and to route 41. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had all the amenities. Having two full bathrooms for four individuals including a teenager was a luxury for us. Allen was always respnsive and a great communicator. We’ll be back!

Stayed Feb 10, 2025Special shout out for Olivia the property manager. She responded to our questions quickly, efficiently and in a friendly way. The house is “old Florida” but has been nicely updated. It’s in a good location just a couple of blocks from Tamiami Trail. My friend and I played golf at 4 different courses in Venice, Nokomis, and Sarasota and got to all of them in 20 minutes or less.
