Cozy Cottage in Kitty Hawk with Gorgeous Ocean Views!

The house was clean. Very close to the beach. The road traffic was very light to none. We can see the beach from the roof deck. We had a very wonderful stay.

We had a delightful stay at this cozy cottage. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms convenient. The kitchen worked well and the living space was relaxing. From the deck on the roof, one can see the ocean. It was a block and a half walk to the beach. At this time of year (late December) the beach was nearly empty and our dogs had a great time on the beach, as did we-including some fabulous sunrises. It was also a very short drive to grocery shops and great restaurants and an easy drive to Roanoke Island and Corolla. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

The Cottage was extremely clean and we had all the cookware and dishes for every meal we cooked. Everything we needed was provided.

My husband and dog really enjoyed our stay! The cottage had everything that we needed to have a very comfortable visit, including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space, beautiful decks and views, easy beach access, beach chairs, cozy couch and chair, with restaurants and shopping all very close by. The cottage was very clean, had plenty of towels, was located in a quiet neighborhood, and check in/out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend others visit here too!

The cozy cottage was perfect for our group of 7. It was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed for our week. Short walk to the beach so great location. Will definitely stay again when heading back down to Nags Head.

Much needed trip

Had an amazing experience , quiet neighborhood , close to the beach and super clean and great views !

We spent a few days during Spring Break April 2025 at Outerbanks and stayed in the cozy Cottage. Host was very responsive to initial questions. We brought our pet dogs and we had linens and towels provided for a small fee. The cottage is clean, well equipped kitchen (though we didn't really use it), and convenient to everything. We had a great time there with the family.

This accommodation is cozy and the location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, nice neighbors, and cozy house! Our family of 4 (plus dog!) enjoyed our stay!

Our first impression was that the cottage was spotless and we had very easy access thanks to clear directions! The neighborhood was comfortable and neighbors were very friendly! I think they would have invited us to Thanksgiving dinner had we not made plans. Sharon was very responsive to any concerns. I would stay here again!

We have stayed at this property many times over the years and love it. Quiet, walkable neighborhood close to the beach. House has front and rear decks plus a very cool crow’s nest. Owner is a joy to work with.

Convenient, peaceful

This cozy cottage truly lives up to its name! Nestled on a charming street, easily within walking distance to the beach, you will find everything you need here. Whether it be enjoying your morning coffee in the crows nest or settling in on the couch with a good book after a long day in the sun, this is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of your everyday life and simply recharge. We created some truly special memories with family during this stay and couldn’t be more grateful! Bonus points for the amazing full-time residents along the street that will always greet you with a smile and a wave.

We keep coming back to the Cozy Cottage for our summer vacation. It is like an old friend! It is clean, comfortable, and very close to the beach. There are also many very good restaurants in close proximity.

Had a marvelous time, despite rain from the hurricane. Very convenient to the beach and many attracyin the area. House was nicely done. Only warning is that the king bed is VERy high but a step stool is provided.

We had a great time at Sharon's place - the location is super close to the beach. It might have been the week we chose to stay - but the beach was close to empty until around lunch time - and even then there were not a ton of people - lots of families. The neighborhood was quiet - and there were plenty of sidewalks to walk my dog.

Size was perfect for our family, great location. Kitchen items could use some updating.

Enjoyed our stay at Sharon's place! She was super communicative and the property is very well kept. Perfect location with a very short walk (1 block) to the beach and parking near multiple beach accesses should you decide to drive a vehicle down so you don't have to walk back to the house when done for the day. The very few questions we had were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. One thing I really enjoyed personally was that this stretch of neighborhood has sidewalks for a few blocks north which made it super easy to walk our puppy multiple times a day. Already thinking about staying at this home again next year!
