Cozy Cottage in Gated Community

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here as much as anywhere else we've stayed. We were impressed by the peaceful beautiful community and the cozy but roomy Cottage that had everything you need and more. Since the community is gated there is also a sense of safety. We did use the pool which was really nice and the people using it as well were very friendly. However it was very hard to find exactly where to go into the get into the pool area it was like a maze. Our hosts were easy to get hold of and responded quickly. Besides beautiful Cultus Lake we also took in downtown Chilliwack at District 1881. I recommend anybody staying in the Cultus Lake Area to check that out.

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Cultus Lake Cottages. Cant wait to come back, felt like a home away from home, and Shari was terrific to work with.Looking forward to vacationing at this cottage again.thank you

We loved this beautifully appointed cottage. The hosts provided everything we needed for our stay and even included a lovely welcome basket for us to celebrate New Year’s as a family. We would stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cabin.The cabin is situated within a quiet and ideal community surrounded by lush greenery and mountain views. The cabin has excellent decks for evening bbq’s or just reading a book. The property is clean and has everything you could want and more - my kids enjoyed many of the board games. The gated community has an excellent Clubhouse where we went to swim, play shuffleboard and ping pong, while there is also a gym and theatre room that is easily accessible. If that’s not enough there are beaches, a water park, adventure park and restaurants close by and only 29min to everyday conveniences in Chilliwack. We went in the summer but I can imagine having great time here any time of year. Mike and Family

My wife and I stayed at Shari's cottage for 6 nights on a short vacation from the rush of life and work in the city. It was very quiet and peaceful, and the cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed reading or watching TV in the living room in front of the gas fireplace in the comfortable chairs or lounging on the couch. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bed upstairs was very comfortable. It was a great place to hide away when the snow fell and we could just relax. This was our 2nd visit, and we hope to go again. Good, clean, fairly spacious cottage. As pictured. Nice views of the mountains from all around the deck. The wine was a lovely touch - thank you! We visited as a married child free couple in December, we really enjoyed how virtually deserted the neighborhood was, it was peaceful and quiet. I loved sitting around having a tea and a quiet chat on the deck. Many homes of year round residents were decorated for Christmas, it was very pretty. The lake is not far, only a short drive, and it's not so far from Chilliwack or a Yarrow either. Close to several trails. My only critique would be that I found the pillows rather hard and would've liked a soft/side sleeping alternative. Overall it's a well appointed, well priced cottage, great for romantic getaways in the winter!

We have been returning to this property for the past couple of years and once again, it has been a great stay! The cottage is well stocked and clean, conveniently close to the Treehouse (swimming pool, gym and kids room), and perfect for our family. The owners are super responsive with any questions you may have. We look forward to next year already!

The Cottage was well appointed and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable! Shari and Phillipe were excellent hosts and were reachable if we had any questions with the initial booking til the end of check out. It was in a great location to enjoy Maple Bay, Lindell Beach, and the Waterslides of the Cultus Lake area. We enjoyed the pool at the Treehouse community centre and local general store near Lindell Beach.
