Cozy Cottage-Huge Yard -Walk to Beach, Close to Bike Path-Family Fun!-Sleeps 7 !

Very cute, comfortable, beachy home down the block from the beach and close to downtown South Haven. Great yard with deck, corn hole, fire pit, and beach chairs and toys, wagon and cookers for the beach. Nice neighborhood. Hosts were quick to respond. The house was very clean and well appointed. I would recommend this place and we'd stay again.

Enjoyed the wildlife in area, short drive to beach parks, updated appliances Dated bedding, bedrooms, bathrooms, Kitchen dishes and cookware outdated floors uneven and creaky, No hot tub as advertised. yard unkept. No instructions or information for use of TV.

The grounds at the cabin/ house was a mess. We did love the wild life and location.

I really loved the cozy cottage and all the amenities. The beach access was a quick walk. I enjoyed the back deck as well as the huge yard and wildlife coming thru the yard. I really do not have any complaints we all had a great vacation and would return again.

Great location, everything you need for short getaway. Just pillows and beds could use upgrade. Blinds for more privacy too. Other than that it is sweet and owner are great and fast to respond and accommodating your request! The town is very cute and restaurant Taste is a must there!

The home was adorable. So clean and comfortable. It’s perfectly located a block from the beach and 6 minutes from downtown. We loved the entire stay.

A very nice place within walking distance of the lake.

We only ate snacks as we dined out both nights. We did use the coffee maker and it was great.Had a little issue finding a specific basketball game on the TV but the host was very responsive and helped us get to the station we wanted.Are at Clementines on Friday and it was good. Saturday ate at Black River Tavern which had a live band and it was very good.

Such a wonderful stay! We had the best time and close proximity to the beach and town was a plus. The host was just awesome. When we came in she a a welcoming sign for my friends and I . The rooms were clean and we loved that we all had our own bed. The communicate was solid and gave the best recommendations for things to do or places to eat in town. Thank you!

Great access to beach, Kal Haven Trail, town of South Haven. Great communication and everything was clean and ready. I loved my weekend getaway!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house was perfect—quiet, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. We rented bikes and loved being able to ride into town, or take a nice morning walk for coffee. At first, I was a little hesitant about the location, but I’m so glad we went with this place—the location turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Great location. House was very clean. Enjoyed the deck outside and watching the wild life. Close to the beach, but felt like a country side setting. Very enjoyable.

Really nice stay. Great location near the lake, about a 5 minute walk to public access. Easy check in with great communication from owner. House was very clean and modern on the inside. Lots of space outside with things to do such as cornhole and fire pit. Would stay here again

We enjoyed the cute house and location of this South Haven property. Quiet relaxing neighborhood close to Lake Michigan. We had everything we needed for our week long stay in our favorite lake town!

This was our 2nd stay at this property. That should tell you that Griffin Point is a great place that you would want to come back to. Close to beaches and to town which has great restaurants, shops, etc. Beautiful beaches where you can see beautiful sunsets within walking distance. Great location!!

This was my family’s first time in Michigan. We wanted to stay for a few days and came across this home that was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and the home was in the perfect location for a quick trip to north beach. We would love to stay at this location again in the future.

Was a great place to stay. Great location. Had 2 good showers/bathrooms. The only complaint we had was all the beds were rocks. If it wasnt for that we would give it a 10 out of 10. Solid 8 out of 10

This was the perfect time of year to come stay! We had great, cool weather. The walk down the beach was quick and easy. We played in the backyard and drove into town. It takes about 45-60 minutes to get to Grand Rapids and 30 minutes up to Holland to see the tulips. Overall a great stay and a comfortable home to sleep and spend time.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was a short walk away and the community is safe. You must try Sherman’s ice cream while there.

We had a great weekend celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday. The house was cozy and a short walk to the lake and beach. Great yard with 2 fire pits and yard games to pass the time. Also a short walk to town to get coffee and food. Would definitely recommend!

We loved the location and the accomodations except felt needed dish cloths and towels. We have stayed here 3 times and enjoyed it each time. We saw 8 deer one morning and lots of squirrels

This property was perfect for my husband and I and our five children. We would definitely consider staying here again! So clean and comfortable! Location to the beach is also great.
