Cozy Cottage At Beach Dreams With Lots Of Privacy

We were surprised that we had to bring our own towels and linens, although we do understand that there are probably issues with some tenants!! We were so busy doing outside things, we never did have time to use any of the facilities, pool, club house, etc.!!

Everything was perfect. We couldn’t ask for a better stay. Great area. My adult children loved the pickle ball courts. 10 out of 10.

Very clean and clutter free property. The house is the 2nd away from the pickleball courts and backs onto a forest. Great quiet location at the very end of the Beach Dreams property with very little car traffic.Quiet and safe, great for families!

It was a nice and a quiet place. We had a great time, everything was wonderful. Everyone at Beach Dreams was nice and felt like a 2nd home. I would stay there again.

Very quiet and relaxing place.

My husband & I stayed here for the better part of two weeks. The location fantastic and the amenities were great and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Two things caught us off guard. First, the listing indicated there was laundry on-site. There is not. We had to go to a laundromat down the road. Second, it was not disclosed in the listing that we had to provide our own towels and bed linens. We didn’t learn this until shortly before arrival - when it was too late to change our arrangements.

We traveled up to Maine to spend time with our daughter’s family and to spend time with our grand- daughter for her first Birthday. The cottage was only a short drive from her and located in the perfect area to explore with them. The little zoo near by was a perfect day out for the family. We enjoyed staying at cozy cottage! It had plenty of room and it was nice quiet. The porch was a nice bonus! We personally didn’t use any of the amenities but they looked very nice! We would definitely book again!

The property was very clean and safe. Good location for our needs and access to many attractions. Close to family and friends. For us perfect. Linens would have been a plus, been when in doubt leave nothing to chance.

The cottage was attractive and in a quiet location. It was inconvenient to have to buy sheets and towels since we came from Florida. I will say that the livingroom and porch furniture is in need of replacing. There really was no comfortable seating. I wouldn't stay again simply because of these reasons. Kim was very nice and

Excellent amenities!! The cottage had everything you would need for a great stay. We would definitely recommend this place.

The property was so clean, uncluttered and comfortable! The only thing I would change is a regular ironing board, and to most that would be a non-issue - who irons on vacation? :) We really enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was in an excellent location. The host Kimberly was great to work with. We felt very safe in this gated community. The cottage had everything that we needed. The beds could use memory foam toppers but other than that everything was great! We have already talked about going back in the fall. Thank you Kimberly for being such a great host!

Kimberly was a fantastic host! We love coming to Beach Dreams as it is perfect for a family with young kids. This cottage was located at the back of the association and was very private and quiet. Cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Love all the hooks and drying options for wet towels and suits. A washer/dryer would be an added luxury. A great stay all around!

We had a very nice stay in Wells. The cottage was perfect had everything we needed, very neat and clean. Very private location. Location of the property was great close to restaurants and beaches. Would definitely rent again.
