Welcome to this charming two-bedroom cottage, perched just steps away from the picturesque Grand Haven State Park and the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway, this cute and cozy haven offers lake views and walking distance to beach access.

Our stay at this cottage was 10/10. My husband and I are from Ohio. We came here to get away for a longweekend in December, and fell in love with the area. The walks through the woods and on the boardwalk were our favorite. We will definitely be back this summer to stay at this same cottage. Stunning location!

INSIDE THE HOME
Entry is located at the top of a brief flight of stairs. The main floor is equipped with a galley kitchen, dining nook, den with TV, and living room with a mid-century modern flair and room for everyone to gather together.

On the upper level, you will find a primary bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a twin daybed, twin over full bunk. These rooms share a full bath.

OUTSIDE
Step outside the front door to a spacious deck overlooking the shoreline of Lake Michigan and simply relax and enjoy the view. A gas grill and an outside dining table create the ideal backdrop for memorable meals.

PARKING
There is one parking spot available in the driveway. Please stay inside the white line or it will be towed.

Note: This spot is suitable only for small vehicles. Larger vehicles such as trucks or sprinter vans will not fit and may cause obstruction.

THE LOCATION
Follow the stairs from the cottage down to Grand Haven State Park access and plan your day on the beach. Enjoy a short walk to the bustling downtown area where you will find an endless variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment, including the iconic 'Musical Fountains.' Watch the boats as they travel in and out of the harbor and enjoy a cocktail in the new 'social district' while perusing the shops and boutiques along the main street.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.

This was such a cozy and comfortable stay this past fall. We have four kids who happily slumbered in the bunk room while my husband and I had the other room. It was so fun to leave the cottage on foot to either the beach, woods or playground at Mulligans Hollow. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
