This property was clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want or need. It was located in the heart of Cocoa Beach so you could walk to beach, restaurants and all activities . Highly recommend to a couple, family or group.

Home was fully stocked and very kid friendly. Close to beaches, restaurants and shipping.

Everything you could possibly need is provided. Very comfortable and extremely clean. The owner was responsive and easy to reach. Great location.

The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. We walked to Salty Sisters for dinner and chess, and The Surfinista, Juice N Java, and The Green Room Cafe for smoothies and lunches. We also walked over and did some shopping at Catalyst Surf Shop. The location could not have been better. We hope to book here again next summer.

We didn’t know what to expect when we walked in the cottage but let me tell you….they thought of EVERYTHING. There was all the comforts of home and all the amenities you could possibly need and more that you didn’t even think of. The place was cool and clean. The location was amazing as you can walk to plenty of places. Great stay. Great communication with the owner. We will be back for sure!!

The location was awesome! Just a short walk to the beach yet private and quiet. This house had all the amenities you could ever ask for the tea and coffee. Bar were fabulous, the fire pit was wonderful on the cooler evenings, there were plenty of blankets and towels For the beach as well as a wagon to transport them. The hosts thought of everything! I truly felt like I was home while we were here.

The hidden gem is in a convenient location. It is cozy and comfortable with great space for a family. It has a loft area with a TV and Play Station which is great for kids. It was spotless and the kitchen every item you could need. We loved having a Keurig coffee maker and found the home to be a great value.

The cottage was clean , well equipped and had a perfect location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and ice cream. Easy communication with the host. Lots of games and nice bbq area. Good selection of beach accessories. Quiet neighborhood. Will return !

Seahorse Beach Cottage was a better residence than we expected. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The fire pit in the backyard was perfect for our family visit. Four to five blocks from the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach. Quiet neighborhood with neighbors walking their dogs, and everyone was friendly.

The owners were very nice and easy to get into contact with! The property was very clean and the location was excellent! Would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time renting a vacation property, and it was perfect for us. We had four adults and two children, and we stayed for a week in late June. Its location was perfect for us, and it had all the features and amenities we needed. The kids loved the multiple TVs on which they could watch kids' movies on streaming services when we were relaxing between daytime outings. They also loved the Sea Creature Bingo game. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beach wagon and five beach/camp chairs that we could load into our car and take to the beach. The whole place was clean and in very good condition, and we'd definitely stay there again.
