Cozy Cocoa Beach 3BR 2BA | Pet Friendly | Fire Pit

Perfect house for our family; two young daughters and dog! The home was stocked with all kitchen tools, spices, and coffee station with Keurig pods. Every bathroom had all toiletries; toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Our family used the beach wagon, sand rug, chairs, and sand toys for beach days a convenient walk away. The owner was very responsive to our comfort and easy to communicate with, replacing the grill outside to enjoy an already great backyard! This was easily the best place our family could have stayed at for a first trip to Florida convenient to KSC and Cocoa Beach to view four launches, including Artemis II.

Ben and myself had a great time. We saw the space force museum, went kayaking and saw a rocket launch. Cocoa beach is beautiful. Definite a return trip

The house was fully stocked with everything you might need on vacation and then some! The living areas were clean and comfortable and cheerily decorated. Easy stroll to the beach, restaurants, and shops. So relaxing and enjoyable!

This property was clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want or need. It was located in the heart of Cocoa Beach so you could walk to beach, restaurants and all activities . Highly recommend to a couple, family or group.

The house was very clean and well stocked for all beach needs. The kitchen was easy to cook in and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the loft upstairs and the two downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the outside shower and the grill. We definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice place close to the beach. Our kids did surf camp at School of Surf and were able to walk to the school’s summer camp. We walked to Salty Sisters for dinner and chess, and The Surfinista, Juice N Java, and The Green Room Cafe for smoothies and lunches. We also walked over and did some shopping at Catalyst Surf Shop. The location could not have been better. We hope to book here again next summer.

We didn’t know what to expect when we walked in the cottage but let me tell you….they thought of EVERYTHING. There was all the comforts of home and all the amenities you could possibly need and more that you didn’t even think of. The place was cool and clean. The location was amazing as you can walk to plenty of places. Great stay. Great communication with the owner. We will be back for sure!!

A great place to stay with all the comforts of home. Walking distance to beach and great places to eat/drink. Would highly recommend. Look forward to our next visit. You will not be disappointed!

The location was awesome! Just a short walk to the beach yet private and quiet. This house had all the amenities you could ever ask for the tea and coffee. Bar were fabulous, the fire pit was wonderful on the cooler evenings, there were plenty of blankets and towels For the beach as well as a wagon to transport them. The hosts thought of everything! I truly felt like I was home while we were here.

The hidden gem is in a convenient location. It is cozy and comfortable with great space for a family. It has a loft area with a TV and Play Station which is great for kids. It was spotless and the kitchen every item you could need. We loved having a Keurig coffee maker and found the home to be a great value.

The cottage was clean , well equipped and had a perfect location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and ice cream. Easy communication with the host. Lots of games and nice bbq area. Good selection of beach accessories. Quiet neighborhood. Will return !
