Stayed Jun 18, 2026Amazing communication from the host. The place had everything you need and is in a great location next to a small local bar, taco stand, and more. Less than a 1 minute drive from downtown and a close walk to the light rail.

Stayed Jun 11, 2026This property is in the perfect location for anyone visiting the University of Washington. Our family stayed here to attend our daughter's graduation. We were able to walk to campus, all grad events, and/or the Link in a mile or less. Street parking is tough to find, but we were fortunate to find an unrestricted free spot per our host's excellent instructions with photo documentation. Having two bedrooms each with a full bath allowed us to spread out and enjoy the space. We didn't make much use of the kitchen, but it was well-appointed and a fabulous bonus in case we elected to cook during this visit. Ditto with the laundry machine - we didn't use it this visit, but great to have if needed.

Stayed Apr 6, 2026Great Stay. About a 10 min walk to the U district line, 6 min to Trader Joes. Full kitchen which was nice for making breakfast. The basement layout it well thought out to use every inch of the place. We got lucky the first night had no one above us. Earplugs are provided to keep the upstairs noise quiet. Im a heavy sleeper so it didnt bother me like it did my husband. Only thing was it being a little chilly. There is an electric fireplace in the living room that eventually warmed the bedroom. I saw fans in the closet for people who are more hot natured. I'd stay here again. It has everything needed and then some and I felt very safe staying here.

Stayed Jan 30, 2026Jackie was a wonderful host. Very communicative and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The place is a basement unit and the description and photographs are clear and precise. Well thought out kitchen and amenities including compact washer dryer that is was most usefulBeds were very comfortable and my wife in fact liked the beds over ours at home If there is anything to nitpick - since this is basement unit - noise from the main house above can be distracting. Our host was kind enough to provide earplugs and a noise machine since we were sensitive to it. But for the most part - it wasn’t an issue Overall - we would certainly stay here again. It is very convenient since Trader Joe’s is nearby and the walk to university is easy. Very few vrbos in the area that tick so many boxes Kudos to the host for making our stay pleasurable and appointing the house so well

Stayed Dec 29, 2025Towels were musty when we arrived and maintenance had to come update the lock and the code changed when that happened, but other than that it was great
