Cozy cape retreat with huge yard and deck

Quaint, older cottage. Reminded me of my grandmother’s house! Very clean! Great location! Host was friendly and communicative. We appreciate the host thinking of everything her guests could need and more! Very well stocked with staples and extras! Thank you!

Great location and has a great yard!!

Rooms were clean - my only complaint was the closets were filled with pillows and blankets leaving little space for us to hang clothes and the kitchen cabinets had no real order to them - random things were in each cabinet. Other than that the place was perfect as far as location was concerned. It was quiet, heat worked beautifully. Kitchen had everything that we needed - we really didnt do any cooking but breakfast. Cait was extremely responsive. We were told that we could get into the house at 2 but the cleaners did not finish until 3 - which really wasnt an issue for us. Cait gave us a gift certificate to a breakfast place since we were inconvenienced. We appreciated that !!

This was our second stay at this property. Kate was so accommodating with an early check in and making sure that all was well. The cottage is located in a perfect location of the Cape. We were able to bike the Shining Sea trail in Falmouth and the Province Lands trail at Ptown both trails about 45 minutes from the cottage. The Cape Cod Rail trail is located very close to the house. Our Pug was so comfortable and we loved the huge fenced in yard where he could roam. We took advantage each night of the fire pit. Would highly recommend this cozy cottage.

Place is very small but cozy!! I feel that having 4 guests there would be pretty crowded. The large fenced in yard was great for our pup-loved just being able to run!!The location is close by to many restaurants and easy driving to the bay or ocean sides. Very quiet neighborhood.

The property was everything we couldve asked for, perfect location and the fully fenced in yard was amazing, any where we travel we always have our dog. This stay is perfect for vacationers who bring there fury family member along for the ride. The host was quick with responses and very helpful. The stocked beach supplies were perfect and made for great days by the ocean. I will absolutely stay here again for our next trip to the cape

This was a great escape for us. House is awesome and exactly what we thought. Its cozy but nice and has everything you need. Outside space was great.

The cottage has great potential but it needs some serious attention. It is dirty and with that it, made it very difficult to feel clean. I understand that it is near the beach but I have stayed in a number of cottages that were clean. The floors were dirty upon arrival, the floor mats in the living room and bathroom are filthy, surfaces were sticky, etc.

Owner very communicative/friendly! Walkway/rock path could be redone (little icky if raining w bags). We planned to be gone essentially all day during the stay… close quarters but not bad if with a close friend/family member! Wouldn’t recommend as being within walking distance to stores/town.

If you grew up visiting the Cape or are looking for an authentic Cape Cod experience, look no further. This absolutely charming, classic rustic home has every amenity you could possibly need — washer/dryer, mini-split AC, outdoor shower (a personal favorite!), a private fenced-in yard, patio, fire pit, board games, and even a shed stocked with water toys.The attention to detail is obvious — the owners have truly thought of everything, and the décor is adorable! The house was actually more spacious than we expected, comfortably accommodating four adults. The primary bedroom is larger than expected, and there's a second bedroom with two twin beds.It’s fully stocked with all the essentials: towels, sheets, soap, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent. An added bonus is its walkable location — close to several restaurants, shops, and stores — plus it’s a quick, easy drive to the beach and an easy pickup spot for Uber.A 10-star review is a no-brainer. We hope to be back next year!

What a cozy, cute cottage! And the yard was perfect! Lots of room outside for our dog to explore the fenced in yard. Perfect place for us.

This little house is so cute! Small and compact with ample supplies, large fenced yard for pups and location is great. Small town vibes with excellent restaurants. Not far to beautiful beaches. Host is an excellent communicator and attentive. This was our 10th plus visit to the Cape from western PA. Hope to have many more!
