Cozy Beach Cottage, Walk to Everything! 2bed/1bath

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean and fully stocked. Parking was a tight squeeze but manageable. Highly recommend.

The cottage was great for our three-girl (woman) getaway. We loved the location and being able to walk to restaurants, and of course, the beach, in just minutes. The cottage was clean and well-furnished, and we appreciated the snack basket!

Molly’s Rental was exactly as described. Small cute cottage perfect for me and my two teenage girls. Cottage was clean and in a perfect location, next to Olive Cafe one of my favorite coffee and brunch places.

This is a great location for a getaway. A few minute walk to the beach sand. Great restaurants close to walk too. The more populated parts of the beach a 15 minute walk away if that's your preference. The place the size of a nice horel. Perfect for couples. This place an exceptional place to stay

This house was a perfect place for a nice beach getaway. It is so close to the beach and only took about 5 mins to walk there. It is also in close walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The house was a perfect size for our group of three. It was well stocked with items that we needed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few things made the trip feel a bit less than. The biggest upset was our discovery of many, many dust mites on our main bedroom tables. That means curtains, bed sheets, etc are not being washed, dusted and / or vacuumed properly. After seeing the cleaning lady go into the studio cottage next door and leave within an hour without washing linens or doing any major cleaning explained our cottages condition (which is owned by the same person / company). Lots of peeling paint, scuffs from shoes on doors, cobwebs, the place was a bit rough around the edges. The primary bedroom is a very tight fit. If the bed is moved over a few inches, the main door or bedroom door becomes inaccessible. There was a fire / carbon monoxide alarm that went off every 30 minutes. We had to deactivate it ourselves. Then we had trouble with the bedroom fan remotes so we had to resort to using the air conditioner. Trash pick up is early Tuesday morning so you will hear beeping trucks for at least an hour (not a big deal, just worth noting). The owner said the parking spot is big enough for an SUV, but it was tight and right next to our neighbors studio cottage. during our stay we saw one couple check out and a different girl check in. She was able to enter her cottage at 10-11am, which is very early considering the posted check in time was 3pm. That also made me feel slighted because we had an early flight in and it would've been nice to check in early. This was my first s

This little home was the perfect home base for a long weekend. Such an easy, quick walk to the beach. Walking distance to shops, coffee and restaurants. The boogie boards were a huge hit and it was so nice to have bike rentals so close by. Parking might be a challenge if you have a large truck, but our midsize SUV rental fit perfectly. I didn’t realize when booking that it was a jack and Jill bathroom set up, but that worked out just fine. The neighborhood got pretty festive on Saturday/Sunday, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this place for about a week and it was a great convenient experience. Walk to the beach is literally 2 -3 minutes. All beach essentials were provided. Nice beach house decor and vibe. Cafes, restaurants all within walking distance. Enjoyed evening boardwalk strolls.

Molly is an excellent manager. She had good communication throughout the booking process and stay. The house is cute, clean, and within a short walk to the beach and several restraunts. The rooms are small, but comfortable. On site laundry facilities made washing beach towls easy. There is a parking spot by the house, which will fit a small SUV or compact vehicle. DO NOT TRY TO PARK A LARGE VEHICLE HERE! We would book with Molly again for sure. again.again!Itcomfortaburants.

The property accommodated our family of 4 well, including 17 and 15 year old boys. The location is close to the beach and all necessities. We were very happy with our rental!

This property worked very well for the three of us. It was walkable to restaurants and beach. We have never stayed at a vrbo that had so much to offer as far as extras. Molly was always available and helpful in every way.

Great location, had everything we needed. Decorated cute, comfortable beds, clean, and parking for my mid size suv. It’s small but perfect for me and my teens. Molly was very communicative and easy to work with.

Great spot near the beach! Excellent communication from owner. Appreciated the a/c, parking, beach chairs, and washer/dryer, in particular. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
