Welcome to the Beach House Retreat!

You can rest assured that when booking with us, all of your needs will be met. Our 1235 sq ft cozy cottage is nestled right in one of the two worlds famous parks in Grand Beach Provincial Park. It is extremely clean, well decorated, with all of the comforts of home at your fingertips. We supply a fully stocked kitchen, WiFi with Starlink, full cable box with hundreds of channels, and more!

Escape to the beach for the perfect getaway which is a walking distance to the white sandy beach and playground.

This is an all-season cabin which is great for any temperature and season. This cabin also boasts large windows spilling with natural light and has 3 bedrooms (one on the main floor and two on the second floor), bathroom and a living room with a built in fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with white appliances (double oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer), farmhouse sink, bar top island and completely stocked with cookware to prepare your favourite gourmet meal! It also has a large front deck that allows you to eat outside or just chill and relax. You will also enjoy the forced air heating / cooling in the cold / hot months. There is also a BBQ for you to enjoy grilling your favorite foods in the summer. It is about an 8 minute walk to the famous boardwalk. Walking distance to tennis courts, restaurants and playground and a one minute walk to the amazing sunsets on the lake. Also, it's the pefect location for snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, golfing or quading. There are many trails near by. Please note that we do not have a back yard.

Amenities:
With every guest stay we provide a wide array of items. This includes:
Garbage bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee, creamer, sweetener, sugar, and tea. We will ensure that your stay is fully stocked!

**Please note:
Our cottage is located directly in the Grand Beach Provincial Park which means that you will need a provincial park pass in order to enter. It is strongly encouraged that you purchase this pass in advance for you to get inside the park. The park office will only sell the day passes and this can take some time out of your precious vacation time if you had to go to the office in the park and purchase one. Passes can be purchased online on the Grand Beach Provincial Park website.**

*** To help maintain a low cleaning fee, please bring your own linens during your stay. We ask that you be respectful and leave the cabin the way you found it. Our amazing cleaners will be coming in to deep clean, sanitize and do a full inspection/ inventory of the cabin.

****Only two vehicles are allowed to be parked in front of the cabin.

ADDITIONAL RULES

During your stay, we expect that you will maintain the cabin clean and tidy and leave the cabin in the same condition as when you arrived.

Please see the below garbage rules:

1.) Don't leave trash outside overnight. It will attract unwanted animals and insects to the cabin which can create a potentially dangerous situation for you. When the garbage is full, please take it to the neareast dumpsite or transfer station.

2.) Do not litter. It is very important to respect the natural environment and leave the cabin and surroundings as you found it. Do not place trash or litter on the ground and always dispose of your trash properly.

There is a nearby Transfer Station where you can bring your garbage for a small tipping fee. The Grand Marais Transfer Station is a few minutes away and you can look for their seasonal hours which can be found on RM of St Clements website.
Map / direction to the Transfer Station is posted on the fridge.

NOISE:

The Beach House cottage is situated on a quiet street. We have neighbours living all year round making our street safe and secured.

As there are a few families and older adults living in the neighbourhood, we request our guests to be mindful not to disturb them. We request to keep the music low, avoid loud activities, and excessive noise. We ask that our guests be discreet especially at night.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent the cabin.

Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 8:00am.

Any incident report of noise resulting in a municipal fine will be the guests' sole responsibility and will be enforced.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

ACCESS:

The cabin is equipped with a SMART keypad door lock. We will provide a unique temporary code on the day of your check in.

RULES OF FOOD:

Strictly NO eating in the bedrooms.

Foods that have an intense odour are NOT encouraged to be cooked inside the cabin.

Filleting fish is not allowed in the cabin.

Damages & Cleaning:

We take pride in providing a comfortable and clean space for our guests. We ask that you please leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it. The cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum etc are available in the master closet if needed.

Please put all used towels inside the hamper by the laundry machine at the end of your stay.

Our amazing cleaning staff will be coming in to deep clean, sanitize and do a full inspection / inventory of the cabin.

Maximum Number of Guests:

Our cabin has been designed to accommodate a specific number of guests and we kindly ask that you adhere to these limits to ensure a safe and enjoayble stay for everyone.

The maximum number of guests is 6. This number includes adults and children, regardless of age. Sorry we don't have equipment for infants. We understand that you may want to invite an additional guests to stay with you, but please note that exceeding the maximum occupancy limit can result in overcrowding, discomfort, and safety hazards. We kindly ask that you respect the occupancy limit and do not invite additional guests beyond the maximum number.

Walk Through before Checkout:

Please do a final walk through before you check out. Make sure you have taken into account all your personal belongings as we wll not be responsible for any missing belongings during and after your stay. Ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked, faucets are not dripping, and appliances ie stove, heater and a/c, tv, lights are all turned off before you leave.

Medical Attention:

The owners of this property are not liable for any injuries located on this property. The closest hospitals are Selkirk or Pine Falls. If it's an emergency - call 911.

    My husband and I stayed for 10 days in August 2025.The cottage is exactly as shown on Vrbo, a beautiful and well appointed property, especially the kitchen.Sylvia was very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had.We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay.
