Stayed May 15, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage near Matunuck Beach and, most importantly, the Ocean Mist!. Although it's cozy in size, it feels surprisingly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit during our son's graduation weekend at URI. The cottage was exceptionally clean and well equipped, making it easy to settle in and relax. The owners were kind, responsive, and clearly take great pride in their rental. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Stayed Sep 29, 2025Super stay combining surfing, work, family and rest. Location was yards from the beach, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to our next trip to Matunuck at Bob and Maria's cottage!

Such nice people who really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Stayed Sep 16, 2024Loved this little cottage! The property is lovely, the cottage well maintained & nicely decorated. The owners are lovely & readily available if needed. The cottage is located within walking distance to South Kingston & East Matunuck beaches. Theres a surf shop, small market, ice cream store & 2 local beach bars within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet (in September) & is great for walking or bicycling.
