Cozy 3 bedroom cottage — walk to beach & downtown Hyannis

Cozy little house in a quiet environment! What we enjoyed most were: close to the beach (Kalmus), not far from shopping (ex: food store, etc.), nice living room, big rooms and mezzanine, nice terrace, BBQ with spare tank (!), facilities: dish washer (although small), washing & drying machines, outside shower (was so great). Overall, we spent a very nice week, esp. with nice weather. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is spacious and lovely decorated. We enjoyed a barbecue most evenings and loved the location with easy walking to Hyannis Main Street. We could also easily walk to the ferries for Nantucket and MV. Beaches close by especially as we decided to have rental bikes (approx 4 minutes to cycle to Kalmus beach). Highly recommend this property!

My wife and daughter enjoyed our week long stay in Hyannis. This cottage is conveniently located to both downtown Hyannis and the nearby beaches, but also on a quiet street. The house has all modern conveniences and is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive, and kind. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to visit Hyannis. The back yard is spacious, the porch was nice to eat dinner, and the grill was relatively new and worked well. The house is equipped with several smart TVs. The AC worked well during the heat of the summer. The kitchen worked well, as we cooked several meals at home. But if we wanted to head out to dinner, downtown is walking distance (but there is also plenty of parking). Overall, a 5 star experience, and we'd love to stay there again.

My family really loved this house, we brought back home great memories. The house is clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. It was great to stroll to the beach and the town center, and enjoy various activities in the area. Every question we had for the owners was answered fast. In short, great experience!

This house is clean and comfortable, and in a great location--easy to explore Main St. and go to the beach! The hosts were super responsive: we forgot to pack linens and within minutes of us reaching out, the host pointed us to a nearby store where we could pick up what we needed. Clear instructions for checking in and checking out.

The house is really nice, fenced backyard and walking distance to the beach and Main Street. We loved it. Thank you.

House was larger than it seemed, short walk to downtown Hyannis and Keyes Memorial beach. Great vacation.
