This enchanting cottage features 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for 4 or 5 travelers. The twin bedroom includes a large work from home desk and we provide high speed internet access. We also provide 2 TVs with to accommodate your own streaming services. Guests find a fantastic space with 3 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout their stay. 2 fullbaths and 1 half bath completes the layout. There is a full kitchen with eat in dining with full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. We think it is a well stocked kitchen including 12 cup coffee pot for a fresh brew. There is a full size washer/dryer stack in the half bathroom. We provide bed linens, bath towels, dish towels and a sample of beach towels. The welcoming atmosphere invites you to relax and unwind. Our 20 foot by 20 foot screened in porch under the house is the star of the show. We offer 2 relaxing sofas and a large coffee table, a dining table that seats 5 and a grill in this heart of the home. The Litchfield beach access is 3/4 of a mile away. Park under the house on the carport and take the stairs to the front door. This house is not handicap accessible, you must be able to maneuver the stairs to get into the raised beach cottage. Pawleys Island is home of some of the best boutique shopping and chef inspired restaurants. The house is an easy 2 hour distance to Charleston and 2 Hours to Wilmington, NC along the coast.
