Cottages at Tannin 9 - Two Pools - Easy Beach Access - Signature Properties

Had a great time. Rode our bikes in Gulf state park. Walked to the beach. Great steamed shrimp within walking distance.

We had an excellent time during our stay here! The location was perfect, rooms were cleans, and the pool right outside was so nice. We did have a minor mishap where the fire alarms went off due to low batteries, but maintenance came and fixed it the next day. The dishwasher also did not fully work. However, these things did not take away from have a great trip and I would definitely recommend staying here/stay here again in the future! It was super easy to contact the host and other staff. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay! :)

The house was well organized, nicely decorated and super clean! The beach was just across the street. There was a binder with helpful information and a basket with snacks waiting for us! Would definitely rent here again.

This was a wonderful house! It was super clean and the decor and furnishings were all up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you would need. The pool is super conveniently located and the walk to the beach is super short on a nice sandy walkway. We are planning to stay here again when we return to Gulf Shores

Our family of 4, including 2 college aged sons, loved this property. It was just as advertised in the description and photos. VERY clean, very comfortable and was the perfect layout for us with 2 full beds in the second bedroom. It is just a couple minute walk from the beach with a safe crosswalk. The house had plenty of plates, silverware and utensils. I do wish that it had a grill, but we certainly will stay here again. The property management team was excellent to work with. They were super responsive both in advance of our trip and while we were there. It was nice to have the pool literally in front of the property for a quick dip as well. The property grounds were well maintained, and all of the units appeared to be very well cared for. I highly would certainly recommend this property for your stay in Orange Beach.

We decided to stay at this property again for an annual basketball tournament. Just like last time, the property was clean, just across the street from the beach, and easy to coordinate! Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this place. We enjoyed the trails that run for miles that are easily accessible from the home. The beach is clean and a short walk across the street. The house is also super clean. Most places we stay that are close to a beach have sand left behind in them. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

This was in a great location, beautiful neighborhood, safe and beach access was great!The property managers told us what we needed to do next time to book and we are already counting the days. Home away from home!!

The kids loved the pool and the house was over all super clean and perfect for our family of 5 which includes our 3 toddlers!

The house was super clean and just as described! It is perfect for two couples! Check in was simple, the rental company was amazing, and we were checked on several times during our stay to make sure we were happy and had no problems. We couldn’t have asked for a better week! The location is perfect....close to the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
