Stayed Aug 9, 2025Cute little place, on a quiet side street near downtown, The exterior is a bit run down, but inside is clean and cozy, with plenty of sleeping room. A little confusing when you arrive, as the cottage is BEHIND the house at the street address you are given, but once you get in, you'll enjoy. The one kinda-no-fun downside is there is NO parking at the property, and the small amount of street parking is aggressively fought for if even one space opens, so you'll need to park at the local parking garage - the closest of which says you'll be towed if there over 48 hours - and only let's you pay for parking until midnight. This created some stress as we stayed up and renewed the parking each night at 12:01 a.m., but we made it work. Overall a nice time, and SUPER close to everything downtown, so glad we came!

Stayed Aug 6, 2023We had a great stay at this charming house! We loved being able to walk to everything we wanted to do in Burlington. Comfortable beds, great shower, clean space, easy communication with hosts.
